Die Küche ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Es fehlen z.B. kleine scharfe Messer und Schneidebretter. Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer wären super, leider kann man so wegen der Mücken nicht lüften. Hellhörig und relativ laute Nachbarn, bellende Hunde, aber ok. Die Abbildung des Hauses stimmt nicht, daneben ist noch eine Haushälfte!

Apartment was a bit noisy

This apartment is spotlessly clean and in a good location providing you have some form of transport. Scenic views all around. Sun all day long around side and back of property.

The view, was disappointing unless you were STOOD on the balcony, when it was spectacular (we managed to find a small corner to sit where we could see the lake). On the balcony there were 2 large plant pots with hydrangea’s growing, and a large tub with an Acer tree growing in it, so all you could see, was leaves and flowers, apart from this small corner and even then the Acer tree was in front of us. It would have been so much nicer if these were kept trimmed so you could see the spectacular view you would otherwise get, especially as we were there for a holiday and a limited time - the view, after all, was the attraction for us. There is no air conditioning (I hadn’t picked up on this when booking), but, providing there is a breeze, there are opening windows and doors. We were there during a heatwave - 38° plus humidity, with no air movement, and having air conditioning would have made our stay a lot more pleasant. Another disappointment was the fact that we couldn't park our car on the driveway, even though the information stated private parking. I queried this and got told by the agency handling the booking, that they didn’t have a key to the gate for rental user’s use!!!! On the driveway there was shade. Instead, our car had to stay on the public area with no shade. Very unpleasant to get into, especially with the sun beating down all day long. This property is attached to the main house and there are 3 large dogs. These dogs often woke us up barking in the early hours, which was frustrating. During the last 3, possibly, 4 days of our stay, there were workmen working in the back garden, it would have been nice if we’d been advised of this, as it intruded on our privacy. Another aspect of the booking, that I also hadn’t realised when booking, was that there was no servicing of the apartment. We were there for 15 nights, with no change of sheets, and, if there had been 4 of us staying, then there wouldn’t have been a change of towels either.
