Would book again !

Beautiful 3 story villa. Felt just like pictures. It is lovely and nearly every room has a beautiful view. Recommend hiring a car as quite steep up hill, but is ok to walk down hill to bus stop as long as you have no major knee or hip issues.

We ran out of toilet paper after first night, there was only about one/two roll per bathroom, for 12 people. So we had to do an emergency shop in morning- check this when you arrive. We also needed to request hand towels as they were forgotten but host delivered quickly. Lastly, the several speakers don’t seem to work. Lounge bluetooth speaker can connect to phone but seemingly not the tv.

Great family home with beautiful views

Great for a family of 4 couples and 2 children. Beautifully appointed with all facilities. Lovely outdoor area to lounge or dine. The views are fabulous. Parking comfortable for 2 cars. Within walking distance (a fairly steep walk but ok if you are reasonably fit) to Baveno, which has everything you need, including boat service to the Borremeo Islands.

La position et la vue du lac

Chauffage Insuffisant Nous sommes arrivés à 16h00 au lieu de 15h00 le 28 novembre, comme prévu (heureusement). La température était de 16°C à notre arrivée ; après 6 heures, elle est montée à 18°C. Il a fallu une journée entière pour atteindre 20°C, mais pour que le salon reste chaud, il faut garder les portes fermées, et le couloir est resté glacial. Propreté Globalement médiocre. - Nous avons trouvé une araignée morte sous l'oreiller de la chambre double au troisième étage à notre arrivée. - Derrière la porte de cette même chambre se trouvaient deux serviettes usagées. - La brosse des toilettes de la salle de bain du premier étage était presque pleine d'eau sale à notre arrivée. Entretien - La porte du salon ne ferme pas et s'ouvre constamment. - La serrure de la porte de la salle de bain du premier étage ne fonctionne pas correctement. - La porte de la salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée ne ferme pas et il n'y a pas de chauffage. - La douche du dernier étage ne s'évacue pas et l eau sorte Autres - Deux tire-bouchons : L'un est défectueux. Risque de se couper avec le couteau de poche. L'autre fonctionne très mal. - Deux bacs de recyclage non identifiés pour cinq poubelles distinctes.
