Fabulous

The apartment could be reached from the garage all under cover with a lift directly to the apartment door. The apartment had fabulous views to the lake.Sitting on the terrace was a pleasure.. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole apartment was spacious for 2 people. Even the bunk bed was very comfortable.

The shower tray was very slippery when wet, a rubber non slip mat would be great to avoid accidents. The only other item we actually needed was a can opener !!!

Excellent value for money

View and terrace are amazing , beds comfortable, very clean, all is new and lots of utensils in kitchen.

Was fresh in april and we had to put conditioner yo 27 degrees for all night. Though it warms up quickly, so no problem in the end.

Magnifique appartement, très bien équipé, avec une vue incroyable sur le lac Majeur et les îles.

Appartement très très bien situé, légèrement dominant, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le lac Majeur, les montagnes et même les îles Borromee. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise, il y a tout le confort, cuisine très bien équipée. On peut prendre le bateau pour les îles en cinq minutes à pied. De plus, en sous sol il y a une place de parking pour le véhicule et accès par ascenseur à l étage.

Tolle Wohnung mit Garage inklusive. Mega Aussicht und ruhig. Ziemlich zentral!

Die Aussicht war einfach Mega!! Tolle Lage.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war leider sehr unpersönlich, aber das Personal war trotz Feierabend zu erreichen. Die Garage ist zwar groß genug aber der Gang dahin ist vor allem Abends sehr gruselig 🙈

A due passi dal lago

L'appartamento ha una bella vista sul lago dal quale dista 5/7 minuti a piedi. La cucina è ben attrezzata, sono presenti due grandi televisori, il wifi. Le stanze sono piccoline ma funzionali.Dotato di garage. Si trova a due minuti dal bellissimo complesso monumentale con la Chiesa di SS Gervaso e Protaso, battistero, porticato della Via Crucis di Baveno. Ottima base di partenza per le isole Borromee e per scoprire il lago

Suggerirei di collocare qualche set di cortesia in più per il bagno e di fornire gratuitamente biancheria da letto e da bagno (il costo a set a mio avviso è eccessivo). Comunque, si tratta di dettagli 😊

La vue !! La place de parking. L’aménagement de l’appartement. La qualité de la résidence. La situation géographique, très proche de l’embarquement pour les îles Borromées. La literie. Le lave-linge, le lave vaisselle.

Cet appartement est bien situé dans une petite ville charmante une belle vue de l appartement celui ci est très sympa seul bémol les murs des terrasses ne sont pas nettoyés tout verts ce qui n est pas agréable très facile d être entretenu un peu dommage , surtout que nous passons beaucoup de temps sur la terrasse pour admirer la vue

La vue magnifique et la terrasse, l'emplacement à 5min du lac, de l'embarcadère et une place de parking fermée. La cuisine est bien équipée et il y a beaucoup de rangements mais l'appartement est assez petit.

Une visite de l'appartement à l'accueil aurait été bienvenue ainsi que des produits ménagèrs, un aspirateur et un étendoir à linge.
