The apartment was newly renovated and looked very modern. It is also located in the center of Baveno, so everything is within walking distance.
Since the apartment faces east, the sun heats it up all morning. Combined with no AC, this makes the apartment get hot very early. It’s also hard to cool down at night, since opening the windows lets mosquitoes in. In addition, the shower had no curtain, so the whole bathroom got soaked while showering. Finally, the freezer compartment in the fridge can’t be opened because of how the fridge is placed, making it unusable.
