Cà di Cambret with lake View

Stunning views over the lake, it was very peaceful being high up on a mountain side, with fresh and unpolluted air. The apartment was bright, clean and modern, it looked relatively new. We had everything we needed in the kitchen area and ate a few meals made their by ourselves. In the garden there are sun beds for use. The communication we had with the owners was superb and with very good English skills. You can pay more and also use the adjoining bedroom (which was locked) which would make this a very decent sized apartment for a larger group of people. I loved that the owners also own a bar in town and a voucher left for us was taken to the bar for a free drink - lovely idea. The bar is very reasonably priced and always busy. Customers can order drinks to include a generous board of cheeses, olives, meats and bread to eat - another great idea. We honestly loved the apartment and would very easily return. The comments below would in no way prevent us returning and are mentioned to be of a constructive and helpful view from guest perspective. There are no shops nearby in this beautiful area but there are a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance. I would have liked to have been given more information about the SAF bus which you can get on right near the apartment, it runs about 5 times per day, not including the evening. It was a wonderful 40 minutes walk down hill to get to Stresa but not knowing about lack of transport, we ended up paying €20 at least for a 6-8 minute taxi back up the hill on 4 occasions. There is no car hire in Stresa and had we have known this, we would have hired a car at the airport. This information would be good to know prior to booking.

Logement moderne et très bien équipé, très propre avec tout le nécessaire. Jolie vue sur le lac Le propriétaire avait prévu des sachets thé, sucre, café, petits biscuits et des "cadeaux", on a trouvé ça très sympa!

Les locataires du logement du dessus (plusieurs personnes différentes) très bruyants et irrespectueux (font claquer la grille de leur entrée à chaque passage) Un rappel des horaires est nécessaire.

L’appartement était très propre agréable bien aménagé arrangé avec goût et avec une vue magnifique. Le personnel très disponible et agréable

Camera nuova e pulita

1. Garage piccolo, la macchina non entrava. Abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare lungo la strada. 2. Senza avvisarci abbiamo avuto una camera collegata a quella adiacente tramite una porta. Di conseguenza la camera non era minimamente insonorizzata. 3. La seconda notte siamo stati svegli oltre le 2 di notte a causa delle vicine del piano di sopra che facevano una confusione allucinante, e nessuno con cui poterci lamentare. Purtroppo non lo possiamo consigliare
