Séjour parfait

Marcello, le propriétaire, tient un bar dans Stresa, il est très accueillant et nous a donné de très bonnes adresses pour manger. Les appartements étaient très agréables.

Un problème de ventilation dans l'une des salles de bains à revoir. Il y avait un souci de lave-vaisselle mais cela a été réglé très rapidement !! Merci

Un bellissimo weekend tra amici

La struttura appena rinnovate è in ottima posizione. Paese tranquillo, romantico, con ottima vista sul lago. Le camere abbastanza spaziose, zona giorno sicuramente la parte più bella della casa. Uno dei 2 bagni è senza finestra, con ara ventilata. Purtroppo la ventola è molto molto rumorosa e disturba parecchio, soprattutto se usata di notte. Mancano alcuni dettagli per la sistemazione dei vestiti di tutti gli ospiti. In caso di una vacanza lunga, chi dorme sul soppalco non ha nemmeno una armadio. Il noleggio della biancheria, personalmente lo trovo una forzatura. All inclusive suona decisamente meglio. Abbiamo conosciuto il proprietario presso il suo bar a Stresa, davvero molto gentile e simpatico.

Cuscini del letti, troppo bassi. Ventola del bagno piccolo da cambiare assolutamente. Qualche attrezzatura in più per cucinare, considerando che potenzialmente si potrebbe stare in 8 persone...

Lakeview bleek roof view. Volgens de eigenaar konden we wel een glimp opvangen vh meer.. We moesten betalen voor 2 lakens en voor handdoeken Geen koffie faciliteiten Bed bleek aftandse slaapbank, van de goedkoopste soort die je maar kan vinden. Kussens roken echt vies, maar zweet, waren ook muf, geen dekbed/dekens. Hebben echt kou geleden. Matras van slaapbank was klam/muf Geen persoonlijk contact, alles via mail met afzender “team” Vuilnis bovenburen stond bij onze deur. Parkeer plaats geschikt voor hele kleine auto, Kortom met gierende banen daar weggereden

Superbe, à condition que les autres vacanciers soient respectueux

L’appartement 1 situé au 1er étage est très agréable, bien agencé, avec une jolie vue sur le Lac. Les équipements sont bons, la partie cuisine est vraiment bien équipée. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle avec une douche spacieuse. La chambre est confortable. Il y a un très grand balcon avec une table et 2 chaises qui va du salon à la chambre. Du café italien fraîchement moulu nous attendait dans un petit sachet, avec une variété de thés et confitures pour les petits déjeuner. 1 bouteille de bienvenue, type champagne, était au réfrigérateur. Le propriétaire, Marcello, qui tient un café-bar à Stresa, est d’une gentillesse absolue, il nous a conseillé des restaurants et endroits à visiter. Il nous a offert boissons, fromages et charcuterie italiennes quand nous sommes allé le voir. Il est très soucieux que le séjour se passe bien, c’est un homme très accueillant.

Il y a un réel souci avec l’isolation phonique avec l’appartement du dessus. Nous avons subi le bruit d’un groupe de 4 jeunes pendant 6 nuits sur 9. Nous avions le sentiment d’avoir un troupeau d’éléphants qui se déplaçaient au-dessus de nos têtes. C’était vraiment désagréable et stressant. Donc si vous avez de la chance et que l’appartement est occupé par des gens respectueux, votre séjour sera parfait. Dans le cas contraire, vous subirez malheureusement le bruit des déplacements dans tout l’appartement, les conversations, la musique et vos vacances seront gâchées.

Ca. 10 minutters kørsel til byen - så beliggenhed kunne være bedre, dårligt Wifi (blev dog reetableret) og ingen mulighed for streaming til TV.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour très agréable, dans un cadre magnifique.

Magnifique appartement avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le lac, spacieux et confortable. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise et comme à la maison.

L’accès est un peu compliqué notamment au niveau de la place de parc, mais à part ça tout était parfait.

Très agréable séjour, location et hôte au top

Hôte Marcelo très sympathique et généreux,. Petite surprise à notre arrivée, une bonne bouteille de vin pétillant et une bouteille d'eau. Puis, nous sommes allés le voir dans son bar à Stresa et il nous a offert l'apéritif. Location très agréable, décorée avec goût et très fonctionnelle, ainsi qu'une très belle vue sur le lac majeur . Pas déçus, conforme aux photos. Super séjour

L'arrivée à la location difficile , notre GPS s'est perdu et nous aussi. Un peu loin de Stresa (4km) dans la colline. Virages nombreux. Locations de l'immeuble sonores.

Séjour à Ca di cambret

Bel appartement, lumineux, bien placé sur les hauteurs de Stresa à moins de 10min en voiture. La vue est superbe et l'appartement agréable, il semble avoir été refait récemment. Le lit est cependant un peu raide, un peu plus de vaisselle serait bien (bols, fourchettes, verres à vin) et nous avons eu la chance d'être seuls la plupart du sejours dans le bâtiment car nous avons partagé seulement la première nuit avec du monde au dessus et l'insonorisation ne semble pas terrible. Cependant nous avons passé un agréable séjour et merci pour les cadeaux de bienvenue (bouteille et très bon café moulu qui m'a permis de me tester à la cafetière italienne)

Appartamento carino ma non lo consiglierei

Camera nuova e pulita

1. Garage piccolo, la macchina non entrava. Abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare lungo la strada. 2. Senza avvisarci abbiamo avuto una camera collegata a quella adiacente tramite una porta. Di conseguenza la camera non era minimamente insonorizzata. 3. La seconda notte siamo stati svegli oltre le 2 di notte a causa delle vicine del piano di sopra che facevano una confusione allucinante, e nessuno con cui poterci lamentare. Purtroppo non lo possiamo consigliare

bellissima vacanza sul lago maggiore

Accesso alla struttura con chiave elettronica, proprietari molto amabili e disponibili, posti parcheggio privati davanti alla casa, appartamento nuovo , moderno e con tutto l'occorente. Bellissima sorpresa di trovare un vino spumante nel frigo e dell'acqua, vista bellissima del lago , grazie e torneremo presto.

Niente tende alle finestre, solo tapparelle elettriche e niente scopa per pulire un po le briciole fatte in cucina o la sabbia del gato, pero sono piccole cose rimediabili e di non cosi grande importanza.
