Luxury and relaxation at their best, with top hospitality
A property worthy of the terms, luxury, relaxation, attention to details, and incredible hospitality. We have stayed for four nights and have enjoyed every second. The added value of this beautiful place is Rossella the host, who is very very kind and welcoming, and always available to help if necessary. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

This is a must stay for anyone that treasures elegant modern design while travelling
The property is stunning. Beautifully and elegantly designed with every care and detail to complement the natural beauty in the landscape. There is no one thing from the lighting to the large view from the kitchen and eating areas to the wonderful host Rossell’s to the fact there are only TWO hotel rooms so it is a semi-private stay to the pool to the glorious breakfasts. It is a delight.

Rosella was very welcoming and the accommodation was beautiful. Vanessa made delicious focaccia served warm at breakfast! Brilliant location for touring Umbria and the surrounding area.

Beautiful property with a modern flair and amazing views. The owner Rossella is a wonderful, attentive host and ready for every request. Delicious breakfast which was made fresh according to my preferences. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and comfortable. The views are truly amazing!
Breakfast was amazing and the owner tries her heart out to make sure that you enjoy everything. Breads, cheese, fruit, cakes and meats from local sources were excellent.
Nothing from the ownerships side! I was there for a sporting competition and was not able to enjoy all that she has to offer.
