The location & the back, secluded garden area. We felt safe and secure.

The single beds are so uncomfortable, it was horrendous! No bedside lights, we had to bring our own. Main bedroom beside lights didn't work.

Quite tired and needs a thorough clean

Location was good.

There was dog mess in the garden from previous occupant. The stove and some of the pans were covered in grease. The TV remote did not work. There was dried on food on some of the dishes. Generally the apartment was quite tired. Does not deserve the current rating shown on Booking.com

It served the purpose to just crash.

The size of the space

Communication of the agents were not very clear innitially. It seemed we had to apy a fee for late arrical at 18h00 -I never heard of such a thing. Then suddenly there qas a key lock. But at the end someone met us there and unlocked the place upon arrival.It was ok. The spaciousnes and cleanliness made up for the fact that is was not a great price for the location. Very standard suburbian little flat. Not great braai area.

Overall Aloha 2 was a good choice.

The garden area off of the kitchen was a wonderful surprise as it is not mentioned in the accommodation layout, really a wonderful addition! The full DSTV was also a super surprise. Great stay overall and look forward to December as we have booked here. 😊

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable! The DSTV remotes and tv remotes needed batteries changed as we couldn't access the channels other than having to turn on and off manually which is annoying! The fridge is very old and has no side door storage for milk etc which was inconvenient!

Overall, we had a great stay and we enjoyed being so close to the beach. I would definitely be back!

The bathroom lock was a bit jammed from the inside and sometimes we got locked in.

We love Paternoster, but not this property.

Location was great. Very near the beach. Quiet and only a short walk to the nearest shop or the Main beach.

Communication could have been much better. - I requested early check-in and was told to check in sooner to the time, to see if anyone had the property booked the night before. I emailed 2 days before and the day before and received no response. - I think the pictures were deceiving, the outside of the property gave the impression that it was much bigger, it didn't say that there were 3 units contained in that space. - No where on the communication did it say we needed to collect the keys at the reception office. So we went directly to the property. We then called and were told to come to the office. We were then given the wrong keys and had to go back. Finally we get to the property with the right keys only to find out that the address given in the confirmation email, was incorrect. - There was no oven and all the food we brought with was for an oven. No where did it mention that none of these units have an oven. The host then brought us a tiny little portable oven, and we had to eat all our meals in shifts, as it took ages to cook for the family. - The last two days, the wifi was down. - No instructions on what to do with the keys when we left. We had to call the after hours number and they referred us to a tiny little dropbox at the office. We encountered another couple also trying to figure out what to do with their keys when we got to the locked up office on our last day.

The peace and quiet of the neighborhood. It was pure bliss.

The location is not so close to the shops. Also, would"ve loved to be a little closer to the beach but the walk was OK.
