The location. Well equipped kitchen . Comfortable stay
The stairs for the third bedroom were in the main bedroom which led to very inconvenient movement to and fro. Also the wooden floor in the third bedroom was exceptionally noisy when our friends walked around. This affected us in the main bedroom?
The bathroom for the main bedroom had no door.

We had a wonderful stay at The Manor.
Loved the pool, the sunsets along the river and the walks nearby.
The stove caused us a few problems at the beginning
The water from the bath came up the shower drain and flooded the floor near the toilet.

Very spacious, clean and well taken care of.
Aircons were not available for use. It gets very hot during the day and early evening so would have helped to have aircons on. Understand that these were misused by previous guests but consider having the option available in future.
