Great location, a beautifully decorated home with a well equipped kitchen.
Somehow a scammer got hold of some details and made remote communication with the booking agent difficult but no harm was done and once we were in the location the booking agent was v helpful.

Spacious house with all the amenities needed for all your self catering needs. There was a new pool and the braai area is out of the winds reach.

Fantastic property with every amenity you can possibly need. Great location, rooms and facilities.
The rental / managing agents were probably the worst we have come across in our 30 years of traveling. Ignored our request for a slightly later check out. Ignored the fact that checkout as per Booking.com was up to 11am. Cleaners kicked us out at 10am - my 75 year mother still half dressed and in tears - whilst being rude. Completely ruined a wonderful family weekend that we only get the chance to do once a year

The beds and rooms were comfortable!
Housekeeper was still cleaning the property when we arrived despite me being in the office at 1:55pm to get the keys and the rental agent saying it was ready! It was no where near ready when we got to the property. The rental agency is totally to blame in this situation as I work in hospitality and know one housekeeper cannot flip a 6 bedroom property in one hour! Bin full of rotting meat which stank the whole house out so we had to boil to death with the windows closed, toilet was broken - which the housekeeper had reported to the agency from the previous tenants complaints and never fixed , all the plates, platters, and cups are chipped!!! Embarrassing for me to host my aunts 80th in this house!!!
