Great location, great clean room. Extreme value for money.
The parking on the side of the road, wish we were informed ahead of time of the set up an that parking in the property had an extra cost.

It’s very central in Sea Point, you can walk to any place and not have to go far like the Promenade or Mojo Market. Very secure but the neighbourhood is very good regardless and the view from the roof is beautiful
Not really a complaint from my side as I am a heavy sleeper but the noise from the streets can get pretty loud from late at night and early morning, but just something to prepare for.

The place is excellent in terms of location. Much as the apartment is small, the large lobby with breathtaking view of the Lions Head mountain compensates for it.
Pictures of the property gave an impression that the apartment has a stove, it was disappointing not to find one. The bed is starting to age, can be great to have it replaced.
