Great location but the place needs some work. Black mould in the shower, no shower drain cover, cobwebs on the door.

Great location. Easy to walk to the main road with lots of shops and restaurants.

Could use a bit more cleaning. There is black mould in the shower and cobwebs on the main door where you enter. The shower also doesn’t have a drain cover, which can be dangerous.

Very bad and disappointed

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. On the first night I discovered the bed and bedding were infested with bedbugs, and by the next morning I was covered in bites. I reported this immediately, but it took until late that night for the bedding to be replaced. The replacement was even worse: a single duvet stuffed into a double cover, leaving me cold and uncomfortable. The bugs continued biting, and I eventually had to fumigate the room myself. I asked the cleaner for the owner’s number several times, and when I finally got it, I tried WhatsApp, phone calls, and even sent photos of the infestation but received no response. Only after I had already checked out did the owner finally reply, saying she could not do anything and that I must complain to Booking.com instead. This property urgently needs attention, and I strongly believe compensation is warranted

The altercation with the Manager re: parking my daughter's vehicle in front of the gate for 10 minutes (after a delayed flight +-10pm) while offloading luggage put a huge damper on the introduction to the apartment. He is NO WELCOME to the visitors of the block. Utterly immature and irrational to say the least and has no tact. Bathroom needs blinds on the window and painting. Bedroom window also needs repairing. Apart from that the location was perfect and we had a comfortable stay.

Average stay

The location was perfect and by surprise it was good value for money I would book it anytime at that rate for a weekend stay. The staff was friendly and told me if I needed any assistance I may contact them and was willing to help with my luggage.

The couch was not comfortable, I like the big space just that it wasn't cozy, the bathroom window doesn't close and the windows in the room struggled to lock them at night. There were lights that weren't working.

I loved that it's very close to the beach, the promenade, Mojo Market, restaurants and public transport services. The apartment is also spacious. Abby was always quick to respond and even helped with keeping my luggage safe after I checked out.

Stove needs to be replaced. Install an AC and a bigger TV.

A most disappointing first appearance and stay, although we enjoyed the location.

The Location is fantastic. The size of unit/apartment is comfortably spacious. Wifi excellent.

Furniture (mattress is cheap, couch has broken rear leg and most uncomfortable and hollow seats,) are in need of replacement, no bedside pedestals nor lamps. General Finishes -cupboards in bedroom are disgusting, stove is rusted, kitchen cupboards need attention as some drawers are off their rails and fell out, some globes not working especially in bathroom and kitchen, Roman blinds need fixing and to be cleaned, windows in living area cannot open.

DSTV Did not work No Wifi No internal parking, Was not advised id have to park on the street. Had to park 2 streets away due to CPT Marathon road closures. a bit more communication of this would of been great
