Fairly newly build.

Negligence to attention and detail. Handsoap bottle in bathroom no. 2 was filled up with water. Towels stained. No garbage bags No cleaning staff in 7 days Minimum cleaning supplies, 2 dishwasher soap blocks for 7 days, little bit of dishwashing liquid in an old worn out bottle. No fresh linen or towels for 7 days Both grids of the in-house braaier were extremely dirty… No under roof outside area.

The Rating of this property is 9.7 which is amazing. Never use the inside braai. We could not breath as the smoke came out, the house was filled with smoke. We had to open all the doors and windows for the smoke to go out. The Saturday we had no electricity surely when you have people renting the property make sure you have enough units. We tried 8 times to contact the rental agent which se never answered, we had to end up buying our own electricity. First time we booked this property and will never again.
