Dolfin House is a wonderful place to stay! Sonia was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. A huge bonus for us was that our Chihuahua was able to stay with us. Our puppy absolutely loved exploring the secure enclosed area in front of the apartment, which gave us great peace of mind. The apartment had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the chocolates on the bed and the warm water bottle. These little extras made our stay feel even more special and comfortable. Although the braai area is not directly attached to the apartment, it is only a few steps away and is very well set up. It was convenient to use and added to our overall enjoyment of the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Dolfin House to anyone looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly getaway.

If you ever experienced a sunset at Yzerfontein and you know your very comfortable accommodation is just around the corner, Dolfin House is the way to go! Our very friendly hostess, Sonia, met us on arrival. Every thing we need was at our disposal .

The location is close to the caravan park entry, as well as being pet friendly.

When we arrived the two additional bedrooms in the apartment were locked by the host, eventhough we had paid for the entire apartment. Furthermore there are no fans or air-conditioning, so the apartment gets hot at night. The host was unable to meet our request and said a friend had her fan which had recently been broken. We opened the bedroom windows to try get some cool air, but we're inundated by mosquitoes. When raised to the host, she said there was citronella oil to burn (insufficient amount). The host did go out of her way to provide us a can of "Peaceful Sleep" the following day. The host and her husband stay upstairs, so any movement is heard downstairs, with a son staying in an apartment overlooking the pool, limiting privacy. There is no undercover shade parking for vehicles.
