Great location but there is sincerely a need for a caring person willing to invest a bit

There is no doubt that the location is great when you have business to attend to which has connection with the EU institutions. It is also easy to get to a huge park where you can run etc. Furthermore, the contactperson/middleman was quick and helpful.

After living there a month I can say that the appartment really need to be refreshed. You get also the impression that there is a need for a caring person, who thinks about how the appartment functions on a daily basis. I do wonder if there really has not been any tenants before, who have given information about different things which were not optimal etc.

Will not stay there again

The location is very central. There is a lift in the house. The flat is spacious. The hosts were responsive.

I realized only a few days before our arrival that in order to get info about the flat (how to get keys) we needed to make a deposit of 1000 Euro through a website I had never heard about, but seemed to be legit after some googling. I didn't have a problem, but was something I didn't expect and I wouldn't have chosen the flat if i had realized that this step was necessary. The flat was really warm! I don't understand why.. There were only 3 normal glasses and no normal coffee machine. The oven was dirty. There was an "empty" cigarette underneath the living room table. Everything was just a little bit shabby.. There was a lot of noise from the street during the night so we didnt sleep well. We will not go there again.

Rooftop apartment close to the European Parliament

Locations very close to the European Parliament and to the Train Station BRUSSELS Luxembourg as well as to many restaurants. Nice rooftop experience with balcony. Landlord is quick in communicating and very helpful

In the hot season this rooftop apartment is storing heat gained during the day. Entrance area does not look tidy.

Fabuleux

Très bel appartement à quelques mètres du métro et bus et commerces de proximité. Très bien équipé en vaisselle et électroménager Très grande Tv et une connexion Wi-Fi rapide. Idéal pour une famille de 4 à 6 personnes

Dommage pas de lumière dans l'ascenseur et une chaleur très élevée dans l'appartement. Sinon pas de climatisation dans l'appartement.
