perfect choice for a few nights, great location and neighborhood

-very good location -bright -clean bathroom -easy access, check-in and check-out -good wi-fi -calm -nice neigborhood -good hot water -there was a hairdryer and iron, hoover -good worksation for home office for one person -elevator -big wardrobe

-its not really new anymore - we couldn’t sit on the sofa, it was so used and dirty -there are smaller things to be fixed, like the locker of the toilet -a new painting for the walls is necessary, its not really white anymore everywhere -the rug/carpet is not fresh at all (we decided to roll it up) -its on us, but there was 1 very big blanket (we prefer 2 separate ones)

A great place to spend a few nights and experience the city, well equipped, good walking distance

The property was well equipped with everything you’d need for a few nights to see the city, the location was good for access to a metro and the palace of justice. The apartment itself was kept quite clean with a lot of space generally. Checkin and out was very easy with easy communication to the hosts, who were very open helpful and kind.

Most of the issues were with the area and building rather than the apartment itself. The area felt a little off, and the hallway smelt strongly of cigarettes but the apartment itself was perfect with no smell at all. The kitchenware was a little scratched up but on the whole usable and clean. Be careful when you take out bins at the end of your trip, the door closes behind you into the car park basement and we exited through the garage door in the end. The apartment itself had a plug socket loose out of the wall and the main shower head was a little low, but on the whole they weren’t major issues.

Overall, it was a well-located stay with some structural issues

- The suite is well located, with easy access to major tourist attractions, as well as bars, restaurants, and shops. - The room looks exactly like the photos. - The apartment is spacious and clean. - Although the building number on Booking was incorrect, we managed to speak to someone on the phone who helped us find the place easily. - The host sent all the check-in information by email, and despite my usual discomfort with self check-in, everything went smoothly.

- The building gives a bad first impression, as it seems to be under construction, with holes in the ground floor walls and some areas without ceiling covering. - The curtain doesn’t close completely, which can be a big issue for those sensitive to light while sleeping. - The bathtub doesn’t work — it can’t be filled due to lack of proper sealing, which was disappointing since it influenced our decision to book. - The shower is installed very low on the wall, making it uncomfortable to use.

Terrible experience

The apartment is bright and pleasant, but it has a trick.

The hallway of the building is dirty and has garbage in it. The apartment is full of ants. The shower curtain is very dirty. The electricity went out and there was no way to contact the property. The neighbors are dangerous, there has been an altercation and the police had to intervene. The property has not issued an invoice and our company will not reimburse us for the amount of the stay. We have left before the end of the reservation.

Miasto bardzo nam się podobało, ale apartament był co najwyżej przeciętny.

Lokalizacja jest całkiem dobra. Było cicho i nie było słychać hałasu z ulicy, a ze względu na umiejscowienie samochody nie jeździły tutaj w nocy. W mieszkaniu jest dużo przestrzeni.

Wejście do kamienicy jak i sama kamienica były obskurne, po mieszkaniu chodziły mrówki (ale były rozstawione pułapki, więc właściciel wie o problemie), niektóre części ściany były odłamane, niektóre gniazdka były wyjęte ze ściany, zasłona prysznicowa była poplamiona czymś, co przypominało krew, sofa też była czymś poplamiona. Bateria do prysznica była za nisko, przez co trzeba było się pod nią schylać, było zostawione jedzenie po poprzednich lokatorach, a zasłony nie zasuwały się do końca, zostawiając lukę pośrodku pokoju.

La ubicación

Solamente dispone de una silla, para sentarse a la mesa. Hay restos de huéspedes anteriores: un cepillo de dientes, comida que se han dejado otros huéspedes... Aunque solicitamos en un mail una toalla, no nos contestaron, ni las trajeron. No nos proporcionaron la clave wifi, aunque la solicitamos. Habría que revisar la limpieza de la vajilla. La finca, por dentro, tiene mal aspecto, con desconchones y rotos.

Comme je l’ai déjà mentionné je n’ai jamais eu accès au dit studio par manque de clefs ou de quelqu’un sur place qui puissent me faire profiter du logement pré payé !
