Absolutely love it! I only wished I had stayed longer! 😍

Quiet neighborhood, cozy apartment and an absolutely gorgeous back garden! It’s also near a laundromat. Apartment has cooking facilities which was great when we didn’t feel out going out for a meal. The instructions to access the apartment was relatively straightforward. A short walk to the tram station.

Large, bright and comfortable apartment with garden in a good neighbourhood

Very bright, large and peaceful apartment in a lovely and quiet area of Brussels, with a very green garden and possibilities to sit and eat outside. Large and comfy bed.

There was no microwave (or we could not find it).

A microwave would have been nice. The procedure to both enter and leave the premises has to be performed by the guest him/herself and it is quite cumbersome and time consuming (take photos, inventory, upload them to a specific website, register a guarantee etc.)

The apartment was absolutely beautifully decorated and the garden was a lovely addition to the inner space. There were many personal touches like complimentary drinks, coffee, tea, a note from the hosts, etc. The check-in with codes for both doors was straightforward and extremely convenient as well.

There was no cold water in the shower, making showering with basically boiling water impossible. The shower was not fixed during my stay as the communication with the hosting agency was slow and apparently, the technician was busy. This made me leave the apartment one night early, for which I received a refund.

Appartement moderne très agréable

L'appartement est situé dans une très belle commune (Ixelle) et près des transports en commun. Même si l'appartement est au sous-sol, cela est peu visible à cause d'une immense fenêtre qui donne sur une très belle cours intérieure. La décoration est de bon goût.

Je n'ai rien à dire concernant les aspects négatifs pour cet appartement. J'y retournerai avec plaisir !

Heerlijk, zowel voorde rust als voor de inwendige mens.

Het appartement is zeer smaakvol ingericht en door de glazen wand naar de tuin wordt de ruimte lichter groter. De keuken is uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt om simpele gerechten te koken die je met mooi weer in de tuin kunt eten. De gastvrouw is allerhartelijkst en snel met het beantwoorden van vragen. Vooral voor iemand die van lekker eten houdt is dit appartement aan te raden. In de buurt zijn heel veel speciaalzaken met een ruim aanbod van heerlijk voedsel waardoor het moeilijk is om niet te veel te halen. En dan heb ik het niet alleen over bakkers, slager, kaashandels en chocoladespeciaalzaken maar ook over traiteurs. Aan te raden is om ‘s ochtends een croissant, gewoon of met een variatie, bij Brood te halen en dan thuis met een heerlijk Nespresso of bij Brood zelf de dag te beginnen. De buurt is gebouwd in de hoogtijdagen van de Art Deco en dat zie niet alleen in de buurt maar zelfs in de hal naar het appartement terug. In de buurt zijn ook 3 hoogtepunten van Art Decohuizen te bezoeken. Het appartement is bereikbaar met 2 tramlijnen vanaf ZuidMidi waardoor je snel de stad inkomt. De gastvrouw komt ook met tips om je verblijf in Brussel nog fijner te maken.

très bonne communication avec l'hôte. l'arrivée à l'appartement est facile et autonome. l'appartement est vraiment super beau, tres fonctionnel. la literie est parfaite.

Super Lage, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sauber, gut ausgestattet, Geschäfte in der Nähe, stilvoll eingerichtet - insgesa

Sehr gute Lage etwas außerhalb des Trubels mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Supermärkte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fischhändler in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und die Ausstattung (z.B. Küchenequipment) äußerst zufriedenstellend 👍🏼 alles sehr sauber und komfortabel. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern immer sehr freundlich, und wir freuten uns auch jedes Mal, wenn uns deren Hund einen Besuch abstattete 😉

Einzig bedingt durch die regnerischen Tage, hätten wir uns als Raucher eine Überdachung der Terrasse gewünscht. Der sonstige Komfort machte dies allerdings wieder wett!
