The apartment gave me rashes I got sick cause of how dirty it wa

Nothing except the good location

It was too dirty , nothing works , it wasn’t clean , and the host never responded when I made a complain it was a bad experience I left with rashes , the bed was so dirty no duvet, there was a bed in the sitting room so old and dirty ,to me it wasn’t worth it

Reasonably priced apartment in a good location close to restaurants and other facilities.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious.

Access to the apartment was via stairs that were narrow and poorly lit. The area around the stairwell was dusty and cluttered.

Very disappointing

The location was good for access to my meetings. The cost was good.

The Stairs up and hallway were very dark and dirty and the lock on the door did not feel safe enough. The toilet was not in the main bathroom and was tiny!! And no toilet paper was provided which is not good enough as a basic!! The sheets on the bed were bad and a dirty mattress under the bed. The floor and surfaces were not clean enough.

Good value, small space but all the basics were available and location was easy to get the tube wherever needed.

Value for money versus other properties on the outskirts of Brussels centre. Enough sleeping space and generally quiet at night.

Odd configuration with a very small toilet at the opposite end of the apartment to the bathroom. Some small aspects such as loose plug sockets, no plug in the bathroom sink and a strong smell of drug use from the flat below when walking passed.

A scam

Ubication.

The apartment is located on the second floor via a staircase, which is extremely old, dirty, rickety, and strongly musty. The bathroom is horrible; the toilet is 30 cm from the water heater and is in a room far from the shower. A total waste of money, a disgusting place to stay.

Really nice flat and location

The flat is really clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the location as it is quite close to the city centre. The kitchen and bathroom are both fully equipped, I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We booked it as a family of 3, but I think this accommodation might be better for only a couple or just two people as there is no door between the main room and the living room with the sofa bed. The sofa bed is also quite uncomfortable.

Lovely cute apartment in a great location

Lovely small apartment, in really good location. A great base from which to explore the city. Very clean, modern and has everything you need. A short walk from the centre of the city, there are a couple of nice bars/restraunts very close by and even a handy supermarket around the corner.

It is a very small place, so definitely more of a base than somewhere you would want to hang out in. But that was perfect with such a great location.

Nos habíamos alojado anteriormente y sabíamos que había.

Ha decaído mucho: falta de utensilios en la cocina (un solo tenedor, nada de unas tijeras, 1 solo cuchillo grande ) y son cosas básicas de cocina: muchos de los platos rotos o rajados. El tema de las toallas aparte: todas con manchas de lejía que no daban ninguna confianza

Skulle gärna läst innan bokningen att lägenheten ligger på andra våningen, trappan är smal och brant vilket med min artros-höft gjorde det mer utmanande att bära väskor.

В квартире давно пора поменять полотенца, постельное бельё, купить новую посуду, кухонный инвентарь. Квартиру надо хорошо почистить. Нет крючков в ванной.

Pessimo, sporco

Niente

La struttura era sporca. Aveva una scala a chiocciola molto stretta e difficoltosa per i bambini. Siamo arrivati per posare i bagagli alle 11 come mi aveva detto il proprietario per poi andare via e tornare alle 15 e permettere alla signora delle pulizie di sistemare la camera. Dopo che il proprietario mi ha contattato in modo poco gentile siamo arrivati in stanza e abbiamo trovato delle scarsissime condizioni igieniche. Erano state solo cambiate le lenzuola (spero) il resto della casa era sporchissimo. Vi allego le foto della casa appena siamo arrivati. Sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui. Prezzo molto caro e comfort inesistente. Ho chiesto al proprietario un rimborso dopo avergli inviato le foto ma non ho ricevuto risposta.

La ubicación, muy cercano al centro.

Por decir algo, las escaleras eran muy empinadas, además la entrada estaba llena de muebles y trastos de pintura ( estaban pintando la escalera y reformando un apartamento) y dejaba muy poco paso.

Gostamos da nossa estadia!

Apartamento bem localizado, sofá cama foi suficiente para os nossos 2 filhos pequenos. Foi muito bom ter uma cafeteira para preparar nosso próprio café :)

O apartamento é suficiente para um casal com 2 crianças, o fato de não ter porta entre o quarto e a cozinha pode ser um ponto a melhorar devido a luminosidade que vem da rua. O acesso pelas escadas precisa ser melhorado.

unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsselbox. Die Wohnung innen war super!

In der Umgebung und mit den engen Stiegen hinauf inkl. dreckigem Stiegenhaus fand ich das Apartment nicht Business-tauglich. Heizung muss man zentral einschalten - dafür gab es leider keine Instructions, wodurch ich bei 16° geschlafen habe.
