Highly recommend!

Really well equipped with nearly everything you would need for a few days, great view from the balcony and close to lots of public transport links. The host was really friendly and even arranged for us to check out a little bit later

Very pleasant stay at Brussels Luxury Duplex Terrace Residence - Flagey

Very nice and clean apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. The terrace has a great view. Kitchen has all necessary facilities. Public transportation is accessible. The host was amazing. We had a very pleasant stay. I totally recommend it!

Apartment is a great choise for a group of friends but not very suitable for a familly with young children.

Superb

Excellent location in (normally) vibrant Flagey area, in close proximity to the Abbey and Bois de la Cambre, which was great for exercises and jogging during the COVID-19 lockdown in Brussels.

I would have liked to return to the "Luxury Duplex Terrace Residence - Flagey" in May/June, but unfortunately the charges for 27 days more than doubled to 5,439 EUR. This is certainly not worth the apartment and totally overprized,

Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Magnifique terrasse et bien agencé.

L'appartement est très agréable et bien agencé et la terrasse absolument fantastique pour le centre-ville. La literie et le lit sont de très bonne qualité et confortable.

Je dois dire que l'escalier menant à la chambre (qui n'en est pas une...) peut s'avérer dangereux car glissant avec un espace entre la structure métallique suffisant grand pouvant permettre une chute. De plus, l’inclinaison et la proximité de la mansarde entre le lit et le plafond est trop proche et nous ne pouvons-nous tenir debout que sur une surface restreinte d'environ un mètre de large (au centre). Pour une personne de taille moyenne à grande ce n'est pas du tout pratique ! En résumé, si vous souhaitez vous tenir dans la chambre du haut, qui est en réalité une mezzanine, vous passerez votre temps le dos courbé en deux...

Logement agréable avec terrasse. Propre et dans un environnement calme. Réactivité pour la chaise cassée

Nous étions 4 et il y avait 3 chaises dont une de cassée. Elle a été remplacée rapidement cependant pour 4 personnes, 4 chaises c est mieux !surtout pour une table haute.

Cuve des toilettes, très sale ! Ça ne faisait pas le prix. Pas de frigo, pas d'ascenseur, pas pratique du tout ! Canapé lit, abîmé. Pas pratique, toilettes au salon, chambre à l'étage.

Appart très sympa. Améliorations faciles à mettre en œuvre pour qu’on y soit parfaitement bien

- La localisation - L’agencement et la luminosité de l’appartement - Grande Terrasse Idéal pour 2 personnes

- Canapé lit inconfortable - Système anti-incendie qui a émis des sons toutes les heures, 24/24 sur les 5 jours ou nous y étions. L’intervention annoncée n’a rien changé. - état de propreté à l’entrée - seulement 3 tabourets à table - 2 étages sans ascenseur et couloir étroit - personnes chargées s’abstenir!
