The location was nice for our needs.

The heating was functioning well.

Since the first day I asked for a toddler bed, we arrived and we had to wait for someone to deliver the toddler bed, it was not on the apartament. There is too much light in the bedrooms from the windows. The toilet is really really tiny. The apartment was not finished.

le délai de mise à disposition, impossible de regarder la télé, taches sur certains murs et dans la douche, pas de savon ou gel douche

La stanza era carina ma sporca

Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo riscontrato subito delle difficoltà nell’accesso all’appartamento a causa delle chiavi malfunzionanti, tanto che è stato necessario forzarle. Se non fosse stato per l’aiuto di un residente del palazzo, non saremmo riuscite ad entrare. Inoltre, l’appartamento non era stato adeguatamente preparato per il nostro soggiorno, risultando ancora sporco dagli ospiti precedenti. Contattare il responsabile della struttura si è rivelato complicato e, dopo quasi un’ora di attesa, la soluzione proposta si è limitata alla sola sostituzione della biancheria, senza alcuna reale pulizia dell’alloggio. Data la situazione, siamo state costrette a trovare un hotel per la prima notte, subendo un notevole disagio. Siamo ritornate il secondo giorno e l’appartamento era stato sistemato ma non perfettamente ripulito. (C’erano ancora delle cipolle nel frigorifero). Ritengo inaccettabile un tale livello di disorganizzazione e mancanza di attenzione verso gli ospiti.

L’accès au bâtiment est compliqué, la serrure étant extrêmement difficile. J’ai dû être aidée par un ouvrier sur place pour rentrer. J’ai réussi à contacter une unique fois l’établissement car n’ayant pas reçu les instructions d’arrivée, je n’avais pas le code pour récupérer les clés du logement. J’ai essayé de recontacter l’établissement, du fait des problèmes de serrure, et je n’ai jamais réussi à le joindre.
