Everything was absolutely perfect!

The room was brand new and beautifully designed. It felt fresh, bright, and comfortable. The rooftop was a real highlight. The small pool and jacuzzi offered the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and enjoy panoramic views of the lake. Each morning, we were treated to a specially prepared breakfast with lake views. The personalized attention and care that went into each dish made it extra special. In short, everything was superb: the service, the vistas, the comfort—absolutely top‑notch. Highly recommended!

Lovely accommodation with a friendly host.

Beautiful location with a welcoming and friendly host. We would definitely stay here again if we ever returned the area. The property was very clean and the open shower was brilliant. The host arranged breakfast room delivery on our first morning, due to the rain. The second morning's breakfast was served on the roof, which was a lovely experience. Overall, a great place to stay for a relaxing holiday.

The area is lovely, but more for a relaxing break. The local town is small, so we would recommend hiring a car or planning local transport if you are planning to see more of the region.

Loved it and will definitely be back.

Good location, walking distance to beach and Peschiera. Staff were brilliant and so helpful, went above and beyond for me to dress the room for a special occasion and I thought using WhatsApp made it really helpful as they don’t have a ‘front desk. Breakfast in bed was great. Really clean and modern, rooftop pool and breakfast with great views. Only five rooms so get quite a personal experience.

Rooftop pool isn’t huge so probably wouldn’t accommodate all 5 rooms but chances of all 5 rooms being up there are slim, we generally had it to ourselves (in July). Breakfast only runs 8-9 might not suit everyone,

Compete tourist trap experience

Early check-in

Although all rooms are advertised as having lake view, this was not the case for our room. As the windows of the room did not face to the lake but toward the camping next door, you could only see the lake from one angle on the balcony. Also, although it says it is a bed n‘breakfast, there was no breakfast (although stated in the description on booking). We stated our disappointment, but accepted and paid the 2 nights. However, the host came back 15 min after our check-in telling us that she doesn’t like having disappointed guests in her house, and told us to leave. We insisted on staying one night (we had no other place to go) and left the next day. Of course we did not get back any of our money for the second night! This was by far the worst experience we ever had and will never return to that place!

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the local area

The location was perfect, just a minute from the shore of the lake and some fantastic places to eat and drink. The main town was only a short walk away. The views from the balcony and the roof terrace were amazing. The room itself was large and luxurious, with everything we could need for our stay. The breakfasts were amazing and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

An excellent few days, wished we had booked longer.

There were many great facilities within the room. the rooftop pool was lovely, great view, quiet and plenty of sunbeds and a little place to get drinks. It was very close to the lake and a 10 minute walk into town.

Fantastic hotel

- Lovely hotel, nicest hotel room we have ever stayed in the decor is great! Super clean, great air con and the hosts gave exceptional customer service even picking us up from the train station! Breakfast in the room was a lovely touch. - about 10-15 mins walk to town centre

only downside would be the rooftop closing at 8pm it would be nice to have a drink at the top at night/ have the option to get a drink in the evening at the hotel as there is no supermarkets within reasonable walking distance

Excellent, peaceful, friendly, helpful and beautiful spot!

The location was perfect! It was quiet, with a gorgeous view of the lake and only 5 minute walk into the town centre. The room was beautiful and spacious, as well as the amazing bathroom! The people were so friendly, and the best part was their rooftop pool and sun terrace - incredibly relaxing and very clean. Thank you for a great trip, we loved it!!

This place is a dream! The view from the rooftop pool is amazing. The room is spacious and well- designed. The bed is very comfortable. It is very new,modern,stylish and spotless clean. You get more than what you paid for. The owners were very kind and accommodating. The location is perfect. It definitely exceeded our expectations, highly recommended!
