Shower was leaking, several accessories in the bathroom were broken. Too loud doors in the hotel.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was big enough for 2 adults and a kid. They don't have an actual closet, so we had to keep our clothes in our trollers, but for one night it was ok.

There was a discreet smell of urine in the bathroom, I think because of the sink.

Minibar didnt work

The location of the hotel is amazing. 15 Min walk from the train station and a couple of minutes from anything else, in the heart of Peschiera. The room we had was petty tiny, however it had everything we needed, it was comfortable and clean. The hotel does not have a classic reception with bars or restaurants. It has a detached small reception and an affiliation with the bar below, which serves very nice food. The entrance is not on street so it's not super easy to find. Last but not least, the staff was incredibly helpful, passionate and friendly. Highly recommend!

Just add more signs to get to the hotel from the other side of via 24 Maggio when people arrive by foot.

La stanza era meravigliosa e lo staff alla reception è stato gentilissimo. Ci hanno anche fatto lasciare i bagagli lì dopo il check-out così da goderci le ultime ore al Garda in serenità senza zaini.

Ich hatte einen Aufenthalt von fast zwei Wochen in diesem Hotel und habe mich rundum sehr wohlgefühlt. Obwohl ich ohne Frühstück gebucht hatte, hat es mir an nichts gefehlt. Das Hotel war stets sehr sauber und ordentlich. Mein Zimmer war groß, angenehm modern eingerichtet und bot ausreichend Platz für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Besonders geschätzt habe ich den täglichen Service mit Kaffee, Tee und Wasser – eine sehr nette Aufmerksamkeit. Der Check-in verlief perfekt und völlig unkompliziert. Auch die Möglichkeit, mein Gepäck problemlos einzulagern, war hervorragend organisiert und hat mir sehr geholfen. Das gesamte Team war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Wichtig für Menschen die wie ich mit dem Bus/Zug anreisen bzw.Tagesausflüge machen - man ist unkompliziert in 15 Minuten am Bahnhof - Anbindung nach Verona, Venedig, Mailand, Brescia, Garda, Bergamo Vicenza, Mantova, usw. konnte ich unkompliziert und sehr günstig nutzen.

Hotel in posizione ottima, super centrale e comodo per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni. Camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort essenziali. Struttura ben curata, pulizia impeccabile e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato.

L’unico aspetto negativo, giusto per segnalare qualcosa, è la doccia: il vetro non si chiudeva perfettamente e durante l’utilizzo fuoriusciva un po’ d’acqua. Inoltre il water è posizionato molto vicino al lavandino, risultando piuttosto scomodo da usare

Numerose problematiche tra cui porta di ingresso che rimane aperta, scarico del lavandino molto lento, bagno che si allaga quando fai la doccia (capelli trovati sulla parete della doccia), porta asciugamani rotto, spazzolone del wc danneggiato. Modalità di colazione restrittive, nessuna comunicazione relativa al non poter effettuare la colazione per problematiche interne.
