Good location but otherwise disappointing

It’s location. Cleanliness

No windows opening to outside world, both opened to enclosed courtyard or kitchen area. Said it was a B&B but no breakfast. Room only serviced every other day. After arrival no contact with staff, everything done by WhatsApp

From the minute I booked the accommodation it was followed up by Andrea as to special offers locally. We arrived at 11am and although check in was 2pm Andrea accomated us the room was ready upon arrival. The accommodation has a very special air to it, the room was lovely and the location perfect. We will definitely be back and cannot recommend this property enough.

Nice, cosy hotel in the center of Peschiera

We got croissants and coffee in one of the many cafés/ bakeries near by every morning and then enjoyed them on our balcony, before the heat of the day came up. That was always the perfect start for our vacation day! The location was great. Parking was a little further away, but that was no problem for us, and it was free. The bed was very comfortable. The airconditioning worked well. The shower was very nice. Everything was clean. The owners were very helpful.

Great localization, highly recommend

Great localization - just in the city center, very close to the lake and nice beaches, supermarket (Lidl/Conad) ~ 1.2 km, nearby possible to rent a bike/scooter; room is cosy & clean; very comfortable bed, tea/coffee/water & kettle available, TV and refrigerator. Owner - Andrea is very nice & helpful, gives many hints and is flexible in terms of time of arrival. We wanted to stay one night in addition and Andrea found a way to make it possible :) Highly recommend!

A bit too pricey...but that might be an overall case in this region currently (Aug 2022).

Great location in the centre, very comfortable bed. The interriors and furniture reminds as if you are in a fairy tale ;) The room looks exactly like in the photos. The owner was very kind and helpful. Free parking is not so far from the place.

Kleines Zimmer in super Altstadtlage

Supertolle zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt, unkomplizierter Check-In, viele Tipps zum Abendessen, Gutscheine fürs Frühstück am nächsten Tag. Parken kann man kostenlos ein paar 100m weg, wird einem vor Ankunft genau erklärt.

Zimmer ist sehr klein und etwas dunkel, aber für eine Nacht ok - Möbel eher älter.
