Check in with Maria was extremely easy as she is very responsive and helpful. Location is great as close walk to everything. Wonderfully bright, modern rooms with everything you need provided. Especially close parking.
I like a soft bed, so maybe a topper on the mattress could help.

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay in Peschiera del Garda! Our spacious room came with a private balcony just across the stairwell overlooking the port for the water bus and the bus stop for Line 26 to Sirmione. There’re plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The Tourist Information Office is just opposite the side road. There’s also a small hill surrounded by ancient walls at the back, perfect for watching the sun set! Maria, the manageress of the establishment was most helpful in arranging taxi rides for us.

This accomodation is in an almost perfect location right by the lake and ferry terminal, and a 10min walk from the train station. Our host Maria was lovely, and responsive when we had any questions/issues.
Unfortunately, the air conditioner stopped working on our second night here which meant we needed to sleep with the windows open. It was a Thursday night and there was a very loud bar open with extremely noisy people yelling until about 4am. Even with the windows shut it was extremely noisy. This wasn't Marias fault of course, but it did mean we only managed about 2 hours of sleep!
