Clean and modern accommodation at a great price in a beautiful location.

Everything was fantastic. We received great communication beforehand and a warm welcome. The room was spotlessly clean with the most beautiful view of Lake Garda from the huge terrace. Great location too.

We only had 1 pillow each on our bed however we asked for more and received them straight away. This was a very minor negative.

5 Star accommodation right in the center of Peschiera.

A large modern room located right in the center of Peschiera. Room is serviced daily. Building and room access with both code and card. Across the road from the tourist information center which also sells bus ticket for all routes around lake Garda and Verona. Bus stops located at the round about in front of the tourist information office.

Absolutely perfect.

The property has a great location in the heart of the old area. It has views over the lake and a nice small balcony where we spent hours people watching. It is quite busy below but nice and quiet in the apartment due to the double glazing. The apartment stayed nice and warm, when it was cold outside. The apartment is a credit to Maria. The standard of care is exceptional. The attention to details, and inclusion of extras like, a coffee machine and kettle with coffee and tea, mini bar and safe, make up mirror, hair dryer and gowns and slippers, really makes you feel pampered. The room is spotlessly clean. The bathroom is quite luxurious, contains a heated towel rail, and the shower is very good. The bed is very comfortable. We really relaxed here and I think it is exceptionally good value.

We had the top floor and a huge roof terrace with sunbeds and a table, chairs and settee. Beautiful elegant room. Excellent location and just all round elegance. We felt very spoilt.

Very convenient location. We walked from the train station. Maria emailed us prior to arriving and was expecting us when we got there. The room was clean and ready for us to be able to check in early. Very clean and comfortable and the balcony was a lovely place to end our evening with a little people watching. We had everything we needed.

The perfect get-a-way

This place is amazing! The room was super clean, the beds were super comfy, the air conditioner worked great and the balcony had an amazing view of the port, the lake and the town. Having free and secure parking was a bonus. We hope to return soon!

The personal touch

The room was exceptional, more like a wonderful B&B rather than a hotel; friendly and personal. The service was consistent and friendly. Maria was attentive before we even arrived, answering questions and offering advice for how to get from the airport to Peschiera. The balcony was a bonus, especially in the evenings when unwinding and keeping cool, as it didn't have cover for the day. The room had everything we needed, and the attention to detail was appreciated, from the bottles of water placed in the fridge for us each day, to ensuring that we had access to towels etc. for a swim in the lake. The hotel was centrally located, which meant that we had easy access to buses, hiring a boat, and a few metres to numerous restaurants. The advice about having brekkie at the Cafe Pavon, up the road, was spot on. We loved heading there each day for a fresh brekkie with friendly and consistent service too. We were incredibly touched to receive a gift bag waiting for us after we had a day out in Milan. In the bag was a thank you card from the owners and a lovely bottle of olive oil from the region; an extra special touch.

Unfortunately, owing to the position of the hotel and being in high season, the bar above had numerous nights with loud music, one time till 2am. Then there was a festival over the weekend, so on the Friday evening there were two bands playing, to around 1.30am. This meant we had to wear earplugs, and while we both enjoy music, it was a bit tiring having the music right outside our window.

A good base to explore Lake Garda ans surrounding areas!

Rooms were nice and clean. Good bathroom and terrace was lovely for relaxing on after a day exploring. Great location and base to explore Lake Garda or even Verona / Bologna. Trains into Peschiera are frequent and quick. Our host was always helpful and friendly. Plenty of food options from breakfast to dinner are available nearby.

This accomodation is in an almost perfect location right by the lake and ferry terminal, and a 10min walk from the train station. Our host Maria was lovely, and responsive when we had any questions/issues.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner stopped working on our second night here which meant we needed to sleep with the windows open. It was a Thursday night and there was a very loud bar open with extremely noisy people yelling until about 4am. Even with the windows shut it was extremely noisy. This wasn't Marias fault of course, but it did mean we only managed about 2 hours of sleep!

This is now our third stay at this location and it never disappoints, Maria is lovely and friendly, always so welcoming, I would highly recommend this place, minutes walk away from shops and restaurants and only a short walk from the train station, I cannot praise this place enough, we will definitely be staying again!

It’s complicated….

There was nothing wrong with the property. I’m still trying to understand why the advertised ‘2 beds’ did not mean ‘2 AVAILABLE beds’. I was told, somewhat rudely, that you can only get two beds if you make a special request for 2 beds at the time of reservation and pay an extra fee. This information was nowhere on booking.com. The bed I slept in had one dirty bottom sheet and no bedding.

Absolutely adored it

Maria was an absolute pleasure from day 1 of me booking. She was sssooo helpful with my request, and then tourist info. The room was beautifully located, and the best part was there was an event going on and we were able to watch from our room. Everything was also spotless and clean. Modern facilities and equipment. 100% would come back. And its only a 15min walk from the trian station.

No elevator, so we did have to carry the suitcases up.

the location was fantastic! amazing views, so pleased we upgraded to the lake view, terrace room. beds were comfortable and clean. train station not far - all about the view! just amazing views

only memory foam pillow - only 1 provided, wasn't very comfortable to sleep on, very breezy on the terrace so it wasn't the most pleasant experience but we grinned and bared it for the view. the shower only had 1 temperature - scolding. no staff members on sight to ask any questions.
