    Staff were very friendly and helpful, sorted us a taxi and advised on bike hire. Room was spacious enough and clean. Location was perfect for walking right in to the old town or cycling along the river. The only very very small improvement would be breakfast, while it had lots of choice and we enjoyed what we ate, we were in there at 9.50 and it finished at 10.30 but by then food wasn’t being replaced so there were some hot things we couldn’t have, but otherwise it was a lovely hotel with lovely staff and we’d stay again

    It is an amazing hotel starting from cleanliness and location in addition to friendly staff the only recommendation will be is to upgrade a little there breakfast

    Welcoming, helpful staff. Great location a couple of minutes walk from Preschiera centre but clear of crowds. Very clean. Good breakfast selection. One minor gripe - very poor sound insulation between bedroom and adjacent room's bathroom. Otherwise brilliant!
