The hotel was great, good staff and clean room. The poor cleanliness score was because they allowed a dog into the breakfast room with a guest. It was not a service or assistant dog. What was totally disgusting was that the staff allowed the dog to eat out of a normal customer bowl, which I presume will be used by guests tomorrow. Dogs in the dining room is bad, allowing animals to use customer crockery is disgusting.

Stayed at hotel bell'arivo as it is ideally situated to explore the surrounding area. You overlook lake garda ferryport which is a minute's walk so you can travel to any of the towns on lake garda easily using the ferry. There is also a bus stop outside the hotel and the train station with connections to all the major cities is a 10 minute walk away. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the room was cleaned every day of our stay to a high standard. Particularly enjoyed breakfast (which was decent) on the outside terrace overlooking lake garda every day of our stay. You are in the hustle and bustle of peshiera so it does get noisy particularly in the evenings but for us the convenience of having everything on your doorstep made that worth it. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and while the location is very convenient—close to ferries and in a walkable area—the experience was less than ideal. The hotel was clean, but unfortunately, I couldn’t get any sleep during my stay. The AC was not working, and when I asked about it, the staff informed me that the air conditioning was controlled by the entire building. Their solution was to open the windows for better air circulation, but this made the situation worse. The hotel is situated above a restaurant that stays open until 2:00 am, and the noise was unbearable. Between the heat and the noise, it was impossible to get any rest. Sadly, I will not be staying here again.

Lovely hotel and great location next to the ferry to travel to other towns in Lake Garda, train station and next to local restaurants and shops. Hotel staff were very friendly and breakfast was really nice with various choices on the breakfast menu. The only downside was the air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay and we had to have the windows open through the night which was slightly noisy as the hotel was near the busy restaurant areas. Other than that a lovely hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean. The location was convenient, right across from the ferry dock. However, I did encounter a few issues that prevented me from giving it a perfect rating. The hotel did not have an iron, there was a water shortage at 9.30am that lasted for 20 minutes, and the AC was not working on the second day. Despite these setbacks, I would still rate my overall experience as 4 stars.

Just a quick overnight stay but our room was so amazing, I wish we'd have had the option to stay longer. The bed was so comfortable and the views were amazing. Breakfast was excellent and my husband said his coffee was the best he had on our whole trip! Would definitely return.

This is maybe the 4th/5th time we stayed here, we watched how the hotel has been transformed to old rickety beds to now new/more comfortable ones. Only downside? The parking is a 10-15 minutes walk. Ideal location; a view to “die for”; the lake, the tourists riding bikes/boating; all the summer fun activities. Gelaterias left, front and centre. One of the best breakfast!!!!

The hotel is centrally located in the old town next to the lake. Some rooms have great lake and river views. The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms were clean and modern. Free bottles of water (frizzante/naturel) were brought to the room every day. Very good and varied breakfast! Friendly staff. Traffic noise may interfere during the day and noise from the terrace at night.
