Wall/ window too thin, you could hear everything (road, neighbors, etc) Bed too hard with too soft pillows No space to store bikes, despite the terraces they don’t allow to store bike inside anywhere The spam you about check in, while it could be solved by having someone at reception

Great property, beautiful balcony, close to all amenities.

We only booked as a stopover due to changes to flights. However, we would have loved to have had more time here. Beautiful balcony. Easy to access. Great communication. Unbelievable value considering the location.

A couple of grasshoppers (wife is terrified of bugs but not sure that can be blamed on the venue) and there is a patch that needs covering in the toilet as the loo is visible to passers-by.

Good Position but...

The position is top. We were 7 we took 2 rooms. One room was cleaned. The woman we saw in the morning was really kind.

The other room was really bad like they forgot to clean it. Windows really dirty, bidet as well. Stains on the trash basket and more. You could hear everything coming from the outside. Woke up with headache.

Free parking in good location but bad sound isolation

Location a few steps to the small touristic area. Only 15 minutes from Sirmione. Easy self-checkin with private underground parking.

I could hear everything from the room in front of ours and I was unlucky because there was a dog that woke up my baby at around 12:00AM, and the couple there itself was super noisy, bothering me until 2AM. But I probably bothered them back at 7am when my baby started to cry. The sound isolation is terrible. The price was almost like a hotel and there’s no service at all, no reception, you rent an apartment. No one was there for checkout even I asking to leave earlier than 8:30hs, so I just left some coins to pay the city taxes because no one informed me how much is the city tax.

Good

Basic accommodation which is suitable for a short stay. Apartment is located in a quiet area very near to the port for the ferry, some restaurants and a walkway along the lake. Easy to check in and the shower was very good. No iron provided but kettle, hairdryer, air conditioning, fresh towels and wifi were.

Not a place for light sleepers. All noises from rooms next door can be heard, experience will depend on other guests.

The room was really nice and comfortable and good value for money! Location is also nice with free private parking underground for the rooms.

No lift could be used to go in the room and with a push chair and luggages it was difficult. Also, no soap in the room to shower. Would have loved to have breakfast, but i knew this was not available.

Lovely place

Nice room with royal balcony. Location is really strategic, walking distance to the CS, centrum and garda lake.

Hot tube needs cleaning. Location is strategic but on a busy road, anyways, earplugs do the trick. Love the place!
