In total it was okay, not bad and not great

The breakfast was very good and vary Location was near good supermarkets and restaurants, good location if you have a car Staff were very helpful and friendly

The location is not very easy to reach without car The bed was to single bed which were out together instead of a double bed, this was not very comfortable for couple

nice hotel and location, nice breakfast, nice staff (plus gave a good recommendation for places to eat)

bathroom need update - very small, not able to control the shower head because was fixed in one position, hard to turn off the water and to close shower door. Need more cleaning(marks from glasses on the night table, floor and bathroom not clean properly). I should really call the staff to complain but was very tired to deal with that at that time.

Protection on the bed...

I will not return to this hotel because of the bathroom and the lack of sound proofing.

The staff were generally pleasant. Especially the lady at breakfast (Clara I think) She was very friendly and helpful regarding local knowledge. There was a decent selection of different types of fruit, bread, croissants etc for breakfast.

The sound proofing is non-existent. Conversations and other activities can be clearly heard in adjoining rooms. The tiled floors means noise of people walking and moving furniture is loud especially from above. The bathroom is small. The shower is tiny and no shelf for soap or shampoo which had to be left on floor of shower and difficult for tall people to pick them up in such a small shower. The toilet in the rooms on the balcony side are about 6 inches from the wall of the shower. As a result I could only sit on it sideways or with one foot in the open door of the shower! The bidet was just beside the toilet which made it even more awkward. Whoever designed this bathroom was either blind or drunk or possibly blind drunk. Whoever commissioned this design for use in a hotel had obviously no concern for the people who would be using it. It would have been funny if we were only staying one night but six nights with this bathroom made an ordeal of our stay. If you have to stay in this hotel at least ask for a room facing the front. The bathrooms on this side have a slightly different layout and sitting on the toilet is not as tricky but the bathroom and shower are still very cramped. Besides, the balcony is not worth paying extra for. The rooms with a balcony are at the back of the hotel but the sun shines on the front of the hotel! Other reviewers who had a nice view of the lake must have been on the top floor. My view was of the bins of the hotel and next doors garden. The room had no fridge no kettle and no iron or ironing board. TV channels are basic with no English speaking channel. The location is about a 30 to 40 minute walk to the centre of Peschiera del Garda but there is a bus stop close to the hotel if you don't have the energy for the walk or other means of transport. There are a few restaurants in the vicinity but no where near the choice you will have in the centre so a walk or the bus to the centre is advisable.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff

Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful personal. Pool was a big plus for kids.

Room in mansarde was a bit weird because there was no real window. AC was very loud.

worst place ever, filled with Antisemitic people in and around the hotel

literally nothing! we booked in advance 3 nights and left after the first night The hotel was full of people walking around with swastikas tattooed on them and that made us feel incredibly threatened, being that we are Jewish! the hotel staff did not care for us and told us it was okay for people to walk shirtless showing big swastikas on their body. and when we told them we wanted to leave early because of this, they said okay but we no refund. btw the breakfast that was included in the stay included fruit with fungus on them all in all worst place I’ve ever stayed in

Great location. Could hire bikes very easily and close to town for a bike there and back. Staff were very friendly and accomodating ! Room was humble & nice. We had to leave early & we’re able to get a bite to eat for breakfast earlier than scheduled! Would definitely stay again.

Need for improvement

The property is good value for money. Are they run by Arabs? They have some strange paintings that don’t correspond with Italian flair. The bathroom has strange knobs to regulate the water temperature. The water in the sink runs slow. They charged us an extra €15 for checking out half an hour later. Said breakfast was till 10:00 am Although it was corresponded for 10:30. Leaves Avery bad taste in the mouth. Fortunately the other hotels were great and lake Garda is beautiful But I would not recommend this hotel. The receptionist from the evening was a very good personality and even recommended a great restaurant by the lake side
