Great hotel for a quiet get away!

Amazing hotel with great views, the rooms were perfect for a couple! Facilities were excellent, loved the selection of pools, with 1 being adults only. The spa being included was a surprise to us, we thoroughly enjoyed! Lastly the onsite restaurant was very tasty, with a good selection of dishes!

Am amazing hotel in South Garda

Amazing view, facilities and breakfast. You can't get enough of this view and location. The beds are firm and comfortable. I would come back.

The rooms are dark, not well organized. There aren't enough places to put things. The rooms quality are not aligned with the rest of the place.

The room was good for 4 -person family. The pools are suitable for people of different ages. The breakfast is good. The restaurant is great in terms of facility, nature, and food. The staff was very nice.

Nice weekend!

Everything worked fine, met our expectations. The room was very nice. We had also a good dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was good to have option for a late check out at 15:00 with a supplement. The Spa and staff is nice but with some reservation as mentioned below to improve.

SO IF YOU BOOK ROOM FOR THE SPA SERVICES, check before : The personnel was satisfactory but fell short of our expectations. Despite booking and paying a considerable sum for a weekend at the SPA, we were informed upon arrival that we could only reserve one hour initially, with a possibility of extending to a second hour if not too crowded. While circulation remained low and we could stay longer, it's evident that better management of expectations is needed. The size of the SPA should prioritize hotel guests' needs over outside visitors. My suggestion is to either expand the space to accommodate increased circulation or restrict access exclusively to hotel guests without imposing time limits.

Not overcrowded, nice location, good facilities.

No internet in our room. Room 213. We told them many times but no result. 4 days with no internet. Unacceptable being in 2023. It was like we were away from the world. We had to leave the room to get access. That what they told us in the reception 😡😡😡

Gorgeous setting as always but attention to detail and service not as fabulous.

The location and tranquility are the reasons for going.

I’ve been here 4 or 5 times because I love the view over the lake but attention to detail and service seems to be slipping. Very irritating when you check in they only give you one key and towel card when it must be obvious that when there are 2/3 in the room you will each need a key and towel. I have always had to request extra of each. There were waiters offering to take take drinks orders at the infinity pool the first day but not the second (there was a wedding) and we had to walk over to the bar at reception to get refreshments. Generally we had to ask for things twice in the restaurant as they seemed to forget we had asked. There were dirty ashtrays with stubs left outside the entrance to the restaurant. There was broken furniture in a corner by the infinity pool and we noticed a glass bottle left on one the loungers for the duration of our stay as well as used pool towels. Generally didn’t feel quite as friendly as it has in the past. A little disappointing and I will probably try somewhere else next time.

- the restaurant and pool teams are very attentive to tourists, very professional, with a special mention for the quality of the resort's patisserie products; - very good cleanliness in the rooms; - very well-kept green spaces/garden;

- the very poor quality of the staff and services at the RECEPTION, misinformed, inflexible to the needs of the tourist (perhaps a training course for them in Turkey or Greece would be welcome); - although the hotel it is located on the outskirts of Peschiera de Grada, there is no collaboration agreement between the hotel and a TAXI company, thus determining the lack of security to access a TAXI at the fixed time (I missed a purchased and scheduled trip, ordering TAXI requiring prior notification a day before, which the reception service was not aware of, although I warned about this possibility); - being a destination recommended for families, there should be TV programs for children in English (there are 23 TV programs only in German, the rest in Italian and only 2 "news TV" programs in English - CNN and BBC); I suggested to the management of the hotel and the reception to change the TV program grid in favor of the English language, but they are inflexible, manifesting a policy of positive discrimination for German-speaking tourists, who were not the majority in the hotel at that time; - an entertainer for children at the pool would be welcome (at least for the beginning on weekends); - being a 4-star destination, the single-use glasses in the room (founded rather frequently in Youth Hostels) and the introduction of glass glasses (more elegant, as we also found in other 4-star hotels in Italy) must be given up, especially now that the COVID pandemic is over; - the introduction of indoor slippers for children over 6-7 years old, and in their absence, warning tourists on the hotel website, so that parents and children come prepared;

An amazing location, with views that take your breath away, delicious food and exceptional staff.

The breakfast selection was amazing, catered for all tastes and was presented really well. Staff were exceptionally nice and catered for all of our needs. The staff member that stood out the most was Abbas. He was very helpful and kind. But needless to say all staff members were more than exceptional. I needed to go to the hospital during my stay and the care and attention I received from the hotel was second to none!

That the outside pool was reserved only for a few select guest rooms. The public transport did not reach the hotel and it was inconvenient with all of our luggage to walk to it from the train station. The taxi services were not reliable in the area.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!

Almost everything!! Beautiful location right next to a small lake. There are vineyards all around. Nice facilities and amazing rooms. Excellent breakfast with view to the lake. Wonderful dinner. Super nice and friendly stuff.

A bit dark room at the evening. Not a problem during the day thanks to the light from outside. The spa facilities are ok, not more than that.

Greatly far from being worth for money

Facilities were good. Locations fantastic. Food great and well presented in both venues.

Team disengaged. Mixing businesses (weddings and resident guests) is a difficult task which requires management skills. Poor service all around but the outdoor swimming pool and swimming pool bar. Shower in the bedroom poorly maintained, towels ripped apart, bathroom filled with unnecessary forniture making the already little space even smaller.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and family friendly but still felt special and romantic.

Fab breakfast- great choice. Restaurant was beautiful- location and atmosphere perfect. Family friendly yet still refined and felt like a special stay. Great choice of pools - family pool perfect and lovely to have the adult only too. Room so comfy and with a small child we really appreciated the well equipped kitchenette. Staff cleaned room thoroughly every single day and changed sheets often.

Only negative was that there wasn’t a Children's menu even though they welcome families. They offered a small portion of the adult menu on request but we could have done with some other options for our little boy. Some of the main meals were too complex for him.

What a view!

The location was lovely, the facilities ( pool ) was super nice - the breakfast OMG ( they do great PIEs and overall the baked good were amazing! ) The room was very nice & so was the view - super clean & at point with services i would recommend this place ALOT!

I cant think of things that i didnt like in this place other than one thing which was mosquito bites, but thats due to location and not due to the cleaness of the place!
