Good value location in Peschiera!

Excellent location for a one night stopover in Peschiera, en route to Brescia. Clean simple rooms - easy to access independently. Close to the old town & many good restaurants. Good breakfast & coffee.

A kettle & some cups/tea/coffee would be a great addition!

Cleanliness in the room, there was no dustbin. There were mosquitoes, AC did not work. Though, I got a fan on request.

Disappointing.

Modern, clean room. Nice bathroom.

Several annoying things. When we arrived at 3 pm hot and tired, hotel door was locked, could see front desk inside but room dark and nobody there. Had to scramble, luckily there was a business nearby that let us use their wifi to figure out how to go online and get a virtual code to enter our room. Wifi did not work in room. To use, I had to sit out in small non-A/C hallway. Info on booking clearly said room had fridge, which is important to me, but fridge was useless, virtually same as room temp.

There was not an indoor/secure site to store our electric bikes nor a place to charge them. Our room was on the ground level and had a view of the parking lot, but views from the other rooms might have been better.

There was a hugh noise coming from near by boat yard but house has a nice isolation so once you are in you can not hear it.

Good place for a day or two of getaway

Good location. Close to station and center. Overall in a quiet neighbourhood and close to one side of the canal/lake.

There aren’t any grocery kind of stores nearby..for example not even to buy some water or a packet of chips for the evening sorts

lovely little stay hotel

property is in a great location, super close to the local train station which is a bonus.

there was no coffee/tea facilities within the hotel room. but was offered at Breakfast. And having to phone an international number to ask them to open up for check in was an additional mobile charge I wasn’t expecting.

Nice view, friendly people and overall good location.

The staff were really hospitable, could recommend staying with them for sure. It was also nice to have a dedicated parking space instead of parking our car next to the street. Balcony view on the small harbor and lake was excellent and location is great for trips to towns/cities like Sirmione and Verona. Historical center of Peschiera is within walking distance as well.

Great place with very nice staff and breakfast

We arrived at the hotel and we had to call the owner because the reception was closed already at 9 pm, he came to the reception very quick and gave us the keys to the room. The room was big, with AC. The berkfast was really nice plus the coffe was great. The owners were very pleasent at breakfast. The hotel is 5 min walk from the old area, right near the lake. Lots of parking places.

There was no elevator (the property is only 2 floors, ground + 1st floor so the stairs weren't that long). The top shower head did not work, the other one did.

Bed was a little softer than we would prefer. No elevator to rooms on second floor, this was not an issue for us, but could be for other people.

Perfect Hotel with excellent staff

Excellent location, clean and very nice staff. Room was clean, modern with all amneties. Breakfast was always very good, Hotel staff/owners were exceptional, very helpful and courteous. It was a pleasant stay, albeit short. But we totally recommend it. You will not be disappointed.
