Lovely stay

The location is perfect, 2min away from the train station on foot and maybe a 10 minute walk to the centre. Very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, very spacious rooms! Our room had a very spacious balcony too!

I would add a couple of more mirrors in the room, as to use a mirror one has to take turns since there is only one. A kettle in each room.

A place to make your life more beautiful

A great hotel and location. A neat and nice breakfast, calm and near to useful places such as the rail station, pizza, gelato, and car parking. I must say that the staff is very friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Chiara, who advised us to visit very nice places. I will return to this fabulous hotel indeed.

A great place to stay

Great location just close to the train station in Pescheria. Easy walking distance to the old town and the lake. Nice big room, all in a very modern, industrial look, completed with polished concrete floor. Nice big bathroom, beautiful towels, nicest I'd ever seen in an hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of choice, catering for different European tastes as well as British with hot food. Friendly staff. Would recommend as a great place to stay.

It is a new hotel, modern and located near the train station. The room is quiet and comfortable, the facilities are great, the service is professional, staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast with plenty of choices. It was a pleasure staying in K Modern Hotel.

Exceptional!

My partner and I took a room with a balcony for two nights. The room was extra clean and extra big. The balcony was clean and big too, with a dining table and chairs. Bed was comfortable. There were water bottles in the minibar for free, bathrobes and slippers in the closet. Breakfast was great! Staff was amazing, helpful and super kind! We could not stay for the breakfast on the second morning, so they made an extra effort and packed the breakfast for us to take away:) Great location! Walking distance from the city center. 2-4 minutes walk to the train station.

No electric kettle, no coffee/ tea in the room.

Clean, modern, good breakfast 20 mins walk from centre

This was a nice hotel, rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Very close to the train.

The air conditioning didn't work in our room on our first night and there were no other rooms available to move us to, unfortunately our first night was extremely uncomfortable, in hindsight it would have been nice to have been offered a fan but nothing was provided. We slept so poorly this first night that it really ruined our first day in Garda as we were so exhausted which is a shame.

Very close to the train station, yet quiet. Large room/ bathroom. The breakfast was really nice with many choices. Staff was very friendly and professionel. Would stay there again if we come thought there again

Bathroom window, (bottom floor )didn't have blinds , felt a little strange when in there with the light on. Beds were a little on the hard side.

The hotel is in a great location for Peschiera, plus very close to the station and the free bus to Gardaland! It’s a lovely modern hotel, very accessible and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The staff were absolutely lovely, very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was also amazing!

Everything was fine! Perfect location, near the old town, but not inside. Near the train station, also perfect for Gardaland and Movieland, because the shuttle goes by. Big, comfy, clean and quiet room. Very polite staff.

Comfortable bed, toliet and bathroom is separated. Very good breakfast and polite personal.

Best hotel in the area

2 min walk from the train station & main bus stop. Several restaurants within walking distance. Very clean & airconditioned hotel. Good space in the room, comfortable bed. 6 min walk to the lake.

No coffee making facilities in the rooms. Although breakfast is served, there is other option for lunch or dinner within the hotel (in case its too hot & u want to stay in and eat in an airconditioned place). Summer in italy is hot and restaurants by the lake have no A/C… so if you want to stay in the hotel there is no option for food or even coffee.

This property is perfection!!! I wish I had discovered this place before having spent so much money on other places and airbnbs. Best quality for this price. The property was clean, easily accessible and the entire staff has been BEYOND amazzzzing!!

The staff!!! I had an extremely difficult experience just before arriving at the hotel and the front desk team were absolutely amazing!! She was accommodating, sympathetic, pro-active in providing solutions and truly put me at ease! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was nice for a short vist to garda lake and resort and amusement parks.

The location because it has great walking distance probably less than two minutes to the station and theres a playground right in front of the hotel also walking distance to the town center .Modern style.

There was no electric kettle or coffee in the room. The Blankets were bad.
