Beautiful, spacious apartment with wonderful views

Fantastic apartment, two big bedrooms and two large bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the views over the canal were dreamy. We loved our stay here and hope to visit again!

Advertised as air conditioned and it was not working which booking agent knew about Booking.Com should not allow this Uncomfortable nights sleep as a result In hot room Ridiculous having to use 3 codes to gain access and no sensor light when get off lift into complete darkness

Great location. Room was well equipped and comfy. Bathroom was very nice with a great shower.

From listing we were expecting a view of the lake - not the square and car park! Bedroom was small and air conditioning could not cope with summer heat - was 32 degree centigrade outside and min temp in room was 27 de centigrade.

Scenery was beautiful. Even if we had no balcony our windows were big and you could sit on the nook. Room was better than expexted.

The fridge seemed to be on only when keye was placed in the slot by the door? Not very cold.

Central and stylish rooms close to everything!

Great room in a beautiful central piazza, close to shops and lake side. Modern design, appreciated flexibility in check in/out as well as luggage storage. It is also a bonus to have breakfast discounts at the cafe downstairs.

Very stylish and excellent value

Stylish room and bathroom, good size, very clean and comfortable. Lovely views over the square and great location. Fantastic shower and appreciated having a kettle and fridge provided. Great town to visit.

Excellent location right next to the pedestrian street , the breakfast cafe was good too (with 20 percent discount for guests).. Alex host is very responsive and helpful .

Aircondition not working, temp went down 2,5 degrees from 25,5 degrees after 4 hours. Appartments in this price range needs to have functional airco’s

Very good value for money accommodation at Lago Di Garda

C House Rooms are located near all of the restaurants, bars and things to do in Peschiera del Garda. The rooms are located opposite a large parking area and opposite the lake, so all rooms have views. Although it is a self-service accommodation, the staff at the C House Cafe under the property are very helpful.

Excellent stay for couples! Will go back!

It was lovely for two person. The property is well established. They provided us with everything ( 3 towel, water, coffee, tea, toothbrush, and even shower cap).

We didn’t like spring beds, however it was ok to sleep. We cannot use the room safe.

Perfect location with lovely view over the river and in the centre of Peschiara so handy for shops, restaurants etc. The rooms are also above the C House Cafe which does great food and perfect for a nightcap

Excellent location with modern facilities and comfortable. Easy self check in.

One room had no blinds in the bathroom and could be seen from the square outside even though we were on the third floor. We contacted Alessandro and he said it had been damaged and possibly be replaced but unless you were very tall you would not be seen. This wasn't the case and we had to put towels up at the windows therefore had to make use of small hand towels for 4 days as the bath towels covered the windows which was not ideal. Also the soaps for the shower were empty.
