The location, the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive.
We arrived before checkin time and were told to leave our luggage at the cafe. The cafe staff were not at all useful and quite rude. Not the best experience. Lifts were good for a wheelchair and luggage.

The location was excellent with great views of the canal and easy access to the train station and the main town centre with great number of cafes and restaurants to choose from
There was dust in quite a few places and also could hear music from nearby bars until late

Nice appartement in the middle of the city
Aircondition not working, temp went down 2,5 degrees from 25,5 degrees after 4 hours. Appartments in this price range needs to have functional airco’s
