Disappointing

The property had a parking space, which was good, considering we sent by car. It was also close to the center, good zone. The property manager was accommodating and nice, helped us when requested

It was not clean at all, there were hairs in lots of places. Also, upon arrival, there was an awful smell!

Very clean apartment in excellent location

The location was excellent, short walk into lovely town with easy transport links. Very clean apartment, all fixtures seemed new. Was quiet during the week then busier at weekends. Pool was very clean. The area is fabulous.

Bed was quite hard but then some people might like that. Bathroom a bit small. Was ideal for 3 people but might be cosy for more.

Uncomfortable, construction and bed bugs.

Nice location., good walking distance from the beach.

We were suppose to stay here for 5 nights, but our stay was cut short. There was big, incomplete construction going on at the whole residency from 8am till 5pm. This resulted in a lot of noise during the whole day which inabled us from hanging out at the appartment. All of the amenities (balconies, pool, tennis court etc.) were out of use due to this construction as well. Personally as a host, I would not rent my appartment during this period at all out of respect for the customer. The service was helpful and there’s no complaning on that side. The apartment was not clean and no air conditioning, only a cheap fan which didn’t help in this 40°C weather. On top of all of this, on the third night we found adult bed bugs in the walls and beds of one room. This was the last straw. As this situation unfolded, you would imagine the host wants to resolve it but actually we were the ones who had to initiate the conversation on a full refund. Luckily, we ended up receiving a full refund and packed our bags and left. At this moment, please do not go to this place as it is a total mess.

The lake and the town are very beautiful. It wasn't very crowded, the beach is good and there are great restaurants.

The photos and description in the ad do not correspond to reality. During our stay, the building was undergoing construction and renovation works. Loud work, demolition of concrete elements and drilling could be heard every day from the morning, even on Saturday. The building was on scaffolding, the workers on the scaffolding shouted, argued, listened to music, and looked in through the windows. The covering on the terrace was broken, the plastic pipe used for throwing construction debris was attached to the railing with some rusty wires. Contrary to what was described in the ad, there was no air conditioning. The oven on the stove did not work. The bathroom is much smaller than it appears in the photos. The two swimming pools in the ad are fenced and closed. there is no water in them, just some dirty debris. The park around the building is a construction site, with scaffolding, construction materials and lots of waste. I took many photos, of course I can make them available. I could not object in any way on the spot, their representative spoke only in Italian. This blatant fraud is outrageous and unacceptable, this was the worst trip of my life.

Very good location. The apartments were well stocked for family needs. Extra requirements were met very quickly. Beautiful views from the balconies.

Nice area but too loud for a relaxing holiday

The outside area was very clean and nice, especially the pool area. The location is very close to the lake/beach.

The appartement building is very very very loud. You hear everything and everybody. The silent periods were not respected. There is no air condition in the appartement, which is very exhausting when room temperature is always at around 30 degrees Celsius. You have to leave the doors and windows open at night but this was also a bad option because of the loudness. You need swimming caps to use the pool, which was not told in the description.

very accomodating and I will be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and the location couldn't be any better, so close to the beach, pool, center of the town and loads of lovely restaurants. The pool was a fantastic facility, however it would have been nice to access it a bit later in the day. Lovely clean apartment with very comfortable beds. Air conditioning could be amplified and updated. Loads of storage and open balcony to enjoy the views

Good value for money

We booked last minute as we had a few days extra to spend in the area after checking out of our previous accommodation. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who showed us in and provided relevant info and keys etc. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for the few days we needed.

There was no air conditioning! The apartment had a ceiling fan and a couple of plug in fans which really only circulated the hot air already in the rooms. I feel the apartment needs this upgraded as it was quite difficult to spend any length of time there and my children could not sleep at night. Temperatures were high during our stay so this was a bit of a let down not to have AC.

The property is in a good location, close to the lake and restaurants.

Many things in the apartment were old, run down and dirty. Every table in the place had broken and uneven legs, the kitchen was tiny with old appliances, the shower in the bathroom was gross and dirty, lights hanging from wires in the ceiling. Two of the pools did not have any water in them.

we had to make the bed ourselves, which i have never had at a hotel before. however, i assume this is to prove that bedding has been cleaned.

Not really what we expected

It was quiet place with plenty of room in the apartment. However it was low season so I can imagine it getting very busy. Everything you needed in the apartment, could have easily cooked your own food.

The pools were quite nice ut the coldest I have every experienced.. and you had to wear a swim cap which you could buy for 2Euro. Not an overly well looked after place and the lady who checked us in was nice but didn't speak a lot of English. We have been all around Italy on this trip and Garda is the most commercial and so were surprised to have so much confusion at check in. Check out was easy. Not bad just an all round strange experience.

Apartment is quite small. The living table is too big and there is no space if you extend the couch. In the aparment it was pretty cold.

Amazing views

The location is great few minutes away from Gardaland and the view from the balcony was fantastic! Kitchenette was a bit small bit was we’ll equipped.

The bathroom was quite small and uncomfortable use. There is also no lift available so we had to carry our bags to the 3rd floor. Since it an apartment a small washing machine would have been nice.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für eine Woche gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft befand sich die Wohnung nicht in einem ordnungsgemäß gereinigten Zustand. In mehreren Räumen waren deutlich sichtbare Haare vorhanden. Im Gefrierfach befand sich Schimmel. Geschirr und Besteck waren verschmutzt und mussten vor der Nutzung von uns gereinigt werden. Auch die Kaffeemaschine wies noch deutliche Rückstände des vorherigen Gastes auf. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden im Treppenhaus Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Es wurde gestrichen, wodurch zeitweise lose Kabel von Klingeln und Lampen frei hingen. Zudem wurde das Geländer lackiert. Der dabei entstandene Geruch zog in die Ferienwohnung und war über mehrere Stunden deutlich wahrnehmbar. Eine Information über die Renovierungsarbeiten im Vorfeld erfolgte nicht.
