Location is perfect, staff was nice and breakfast was decent but nothing spectacular.

Second time here, January booking, arrived around 6PM, window was open and heating was off, was very cold in the room and it did not heat up enough even until the morning. There was a big pond of water directly in front of the toilet, leak of some sort, so when you do your thing you stand in the water pond. No toiletries provided except the small soap. No complimentary drink\water. Shower too small for average person.

Good location and great staff

Good location, about 8 min walk from the train station, short walk to port and old town. Clean rooms with a coffee machine and fridge - mini bar. I could see there was a gym in the property, also there were sun lounges on the terrace and outside tables with chairs to relax. Breakfast was good and we had it included in the price. Excellent staff (sorry, but we didn't ask about the names), big thank you to the gentleman from reception who offered us refreshing water on our arrival in a hot day and to the lady serving breakfast, who booked taxi for us when our train to the airport was cancelled due to the rail strike. The lady offered us a coffee when we were waiting for a taxi and was checking on us that if we were ok. Thank you ☺️ We made it on time for out flight back to the UK 😊

There is nothing that we didn't like, but if i could mention something that maybe could be improved, it's that as reception is not opened 24/7, i felt it would be good if there would be a way to contact the hotel outside of reception opening hours in case of emergency, for example when you lose a key or something. I tried to contact the number provided, but nobody responded and I could hear the phone was ringing at the reception, when nobody was there over night.

Center location, nice small hotel for a short stay

Its really close to the center. The rooms are well equiped, there are everything that you need for a short stay. We got water in the fridge at checkin! The receptionist were super nice.

The breakfast place that was offered by the hotel was not the best one. Poor option, not welcoming waiters. You can park on the street only, but its free:)

Lovely little hotel close to the old town

The location was fantastic, only a 10 min walk to the historical old town. We were late due to train issues and were able to check in online instead, which was easy and stress free. The staff were able to recommend restaurants - which were amazing! - and were lovely and friendly. Air con worked, bathroom was clean, plenty of towels, and the beds were comfy. No complaints!

Friendly receptionist, she also gave us nice tips to eat and so on. The room had good air-conditioning, quite quiet street, nice to be key free when going out (comparing to really heavy keys from last accommodation)

Perfect if all you want is a cheap, clean room to shower, sleep comfortably and go places easily!

Staff is superb, always kind and ready to help. Breakfast is low on choice (no bread, no cereals, no fresh fruit) but big on passion and taste - I already miss those bulging, fragrant croissants! The room was big enough to fit 1 double bed, a single bed (both very comfortable) as well as a foldable bed. Location is very close to the Lake and practically on water - but without the ultra-high price a lakeside hotel would inherently charge. Not only is it so close to many amenities (even Lidl & Conad), it is just 500 metres away from Peschiera train station, which opens up a whole window of opportunities to visit other beautiful cities.

Warning: I'm going to really nit-pick here! I would have preferred a slightly larger room or advised that only a double and single bed could fit - 25 square metres is just barely enough and there was no space for a table or flat bench - that could have fitted instead of the foldable bed which ended up not being used as it wasn't as comfortable as the other beds. I'm sure that if I highlighted this to the very kind management something would have been done, but since it was a very minor irritation I didn't really mind.

Hotel spotlessly clean and great location.

Great location next to the water on Lake Garda. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. The whole place is spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Air-con was quiet and efficient.
