The hotel staff in both the lobby and dining room were extremely pleasant, professional and provided five-star service.

Great hotel for exploring lake Garda.

Great location, great service, clean, great breakfast.

We did not like artificial grass. I don’t know, maybe it is costly in Italy to maintain the loan, but a robotic lawn mower and a sprinkler system is not that expensive for a hotel.

Perfect holiday location

Excellent choice for breakfast. We also had lunch most days and an evening meal. Located in prime position at Lake Garda. Superb views, we had a lake view room. Very quiet location, away from the main road. Safe area. Staff very friendly, couldn’t do enough to help.

Lovely stay

A wonderful new hotel, squeeky clean and comfortable with very friendly and welcoming staff. I stayed on my own and felt fully recharged after a couple of nights. I had a large balcony with a view of the lake and enjoyed just listening birds and watching the blue hills in the distance. Also, I was staying on my own as my husband, who I had been traveling around Italy with, had a work event elsewhere. Thankfully the hotel offered their delicious menu as room service so I was able to enjoy tasty meals with Netflix ;-) The location is great, there is a bus stop nearby for train station, Verona Porta Nuova or even the airport. It is a relatively short and flat walk by the lake to the village of Peschiera and also it is great for running, swimming or cycling. I will definitely want to return with my husband to explore the area more and make a better use of things like bike hire over a longer stay.

Nothing to do with the hotel staff, and I appreciate that each country has their own approach to smoking, but as an asthmatic, some of my enjoyment of the balcony was slightly reduced by neighbour puffing away on theirs. It would be perhaps good if a section of the building could be totally non-smoking, including the balconies, so everyone could enjoy in the way they prefer.

We will be back again with our kids as the place is great for couples and families.

Most of all the view on the lake is amazing from the balcony or even from the restaurant. Quick access to the lake. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast is very nice and rich, at the request we had a delicious omelet and Benedict eggs. Spacious parking was a big bonus for us as we have a big car. Staff was caring and kind.

I found the floor in the room a little bit cold as it’s covered with tiles. Would probably suggest some carpet)

Vision Hotel is located between two large campsites but it is entirely private. It was built only a few years ago which means that everything is in excellent condition and cleanliness is of the highest standard. More than that, the staff are exceptional: truly, they are this hotel's greatest asset. Nothing is too much trouble and always done with a smile. I will mention Gabriella specifically. Then, there were some unexpected little touches like a complimentary small glass of prosecco before evening dinner. Our flight home was not until late in the evening and, although we had checked out, we were able to use all the hotel facilities for the entire day including a private room to change our clothes (this was particularly appreciated as a disabled person).

One specific suggestion: for a wheelchair user, the route from the hotel down to the harbour area is challenging (either by the road outside, or by a very steep ramp at the bottom of the property). A strong and physically fit companion is essential ! Consideration could be given to creating a zig-zag path of lower gradient as there appears to be an area of gravel that could be developed for this purpose. The hotel pool looked very inviting to cool down from the summer heat but we did not see an easy way to access it as a disabled person: could a hoist be made available?

Very pleasant stay

I loved the room, the view, the dressing gowns, the bikes, the pool, everything really

We booked a table for the evening meal but they put us right next to a table where a child was watching cartoons on a phone really loud. When I asked if we could be moved somewhere less noisey they said no even though there were lots of tables available so we just got up and left and went to a restaurant in the town

Bellisimo! Couldn’t have wished for better.

Fabulous lakeside hotel - we had a lovely lake view junior suite - not huge but very comfortable and nicely decorated - great bathroom and own terrace with both sun beds and table and two chairs. Staff were amazing - friendly and so helpful. Nothing too much trouble.

Nice view to Lake Garda, and nice swimming pool made me comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was just simple, and there were no special items to be impressive. If possible, various items is needed to feel satisfaction.

Nice staff, good food and quiet and good location!

The Vision was a really nice hotel, it was the first time we were there, but I suspect it won't be the last. We took half board so breakfast and dinner were included in the price and it was worth every penny. The breakfast was really fresh and good and the dinner was 4 courses that we couldn't quite finish. But the taste of the food was according to our wishes. So we absolutely recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel!! Stunning views, perfect location for sightseeing, and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay special. Facilities and pool are very clean and the breakfast was very good. Had a couples massage, which was very good for the price. The restaurant had great food, and price portion sizes were very generous. Really can't fault a thing here would definitely be back.

everything was impeccable, the room right infront of the lake , the room was super clean , breakfast is fantastic as well and everyone is extremely kind ;) … it’s nice and quite and you can walk in 30 min to Peschiera del Garda . Many restaurants around as well ✌️
