Renovated hotel with top location and staff

We were here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Really friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location at the garda lake and bus station + supermarket are only 10min by feet. We had everything we needed. TV, AC, comfortable bed, although the hotel has thin walls, but it didn’t bother us. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Would definitely choose this hotel again! Thank you

The pictures should really be updated, since it’s so outdated! The rooms got renovated and looking way better than on the pictures. We only found out after checking the reviews from others.

Hotel on the lake Garda.

Nice older hotel very close to the lake. It is very far from train station, 45 minutes walk, but you walk by the lake. and it is very nice Room was simple, clean and good size, very small bathroom and shower. We were fine there, but most people need to have a car to get everywhere from that location. Overall, it was good for the price .The breakfast was really good.

Handy home for the holidays!

Big comfortable bed, great shower, reliable wifi and aircon so effective it never needs to be run for more than an hour or so even on sizzling hot days - after that the fan keeps the room pleasant. The hotel is very quiet, lovingly if somewhat quirkily decorated, and offers a good (cold) breakfast buffet with sweet and savoury options as well as plenty of fresh fruits. There's a nice bar for drinks in the evening in the airy lounge or out on the terrace (which is right beside a road, but not a terribly busy one).

Some sort of drying rack to put in the shower would be helpful, especially given many guests are surely spending at least some time most days in or on the lake and returning with wet cozzies, etc. If a view of the lake is important to you, this may not be your best bet - but it really is just a couple of minutes away, at the bottom of the road.

Great place to stay by the lake, but they shouldn’t rent out unfinished rooms.

cozy and cute with very recently updated rooms. It’s just a stone’s throw from the beach where you can rent a paddle board or paddle boat, or take a leisurely walk.

my issue is that the rooms are so newly renovated that they weren’t finished with them yet. We checked in and were told to leave the key at the front desk without explanation. Langauge was a barrier. I come back hours later and all of my belongings have been moved so workers could install glass countertops on the tables and vanities. I left and went to the beach. Many hours later when I come back, plumbers are in my room installing new equipment. I’m hot and tired and just want to shower. My sons were able to shower in their room but the shower doesn’t have a door yet so water got everywhere. The plumbers finally finished after at least 30 minutes of me standing around in my swimming trunks waiting. They leave and I turn on the shower… no hot water. Did I mention the air conditioning wasn’t hooked up yet? Luckily the fan they provided was sufficient and they fixed the hot water. The staff was nice and the place is really clean, cozy and modern with lovely balcony views of the lake. The free breakfast was also nice. I would recommend it, provided the renovations are complete!

Everything was clean and very comfortable. Also, the location was perfect, and everyone was very welcome and ready to help and give any information. There were bikes to rent for 5 euro per day and reception are to have a drink, eat some aperitifs or play some board games. There were also lactose free options for breakfast. We felt very welcome.

Little Lake Gem

Great location and friendly staff who went out of their way despite the language barrier. Great view from our balcony of Lake Garda.

The room was a little small and the hot water in the shower was reversed so it confused my wife. LOL

Nice location for a visit to lake Garda, very close to the beach.

It's really close to the beach, but to get to the center of Peschiera it's about a 20 minute walk. Breakfast buffet was simple but good. The hotel has private parking spots available, but across the street, there is also a big public free parking area. The room was good, nothing too fancy, but good enough for a couple nights at lake Garda.

It matched the description, so nothing really.

- air conditioning was a must in August - the owner made a phone call for us to book an activity - the entrance of the hotel is charming

- no fridge in the room (but we have been able to use the one from the hotel kitchen) - the rooms and the bathrooms are old and need to be refurbished

Everything was good. Around 100m from the beach. You can sit and see the lake from the terrace. Breakfast and service delicious and perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable. You can rent a bike with lock only 10€/day For me 10/10. I will come back here again.

Good for 2 star rating

It is a 2 star location so the comfort is so so. A big plus is the kindness of the people working there, the free bikes for use, the free parking for the car and above all the location!

For a 2 star rating hotel it is good. Just acknowledge the minimum of breakfast items, the bit outdated interior
