Good value. Spotlessly clean. Lovely hostess. Great location.

The hostess was such a lovely friendly lady. Couldn't have been more helpful. She was always willing to give us tips on places to visit, bus routes and times etc. She allowed us to store our bags after check out so we could go and visit another area and not have to take them with us. We had a very small issue with the shower and it had been rectified within 5 mins of reporting. She is a fantastic property hostess. The location itself is pretty good. Less than a 10 min walk to the main centre in one direction and 10 mins in the other is a lovely walk along the lake with beach areas and water activities and further cafes and bars. Right by the location are a number of small cafes / restaurants / shops, a gas station and the train / bus station is a 10 second walk! Supermarket is less than 10 min walk also. The property is very pretty, and private. Inside was faultless re cleanliness. The room was more than ample in size for the 3 of us (2 adults and child) and it was nice that our bed and the single bed were in 2 separate rooms within the room. An absolutely fantastic stay and we will definitely be back.

The couple of very small areas; The air-conditioning unit was in the "kitchenette" area / where the single sofa bed was rather than in the main bedroom. I feel like it would be far more of use in the main bedroom. We had to sleep with the adjoining door open, and our son in the single bed was being blasted with cold air and we were only feeling a small benefit. You can't open the windows / balcony doors whilst the air-conditioning is on, or we would have closed the adjoining door and had our balcony open for breeze. It would just be more useful in the main bedroom, and would likely use less power as you could have it much lower and still feel it. The room was advertised as bed and breakfast, but upon booking it came through as room only and the hostess told us they no longer do breakfast. However, as mentioned, there are lots of options to eat nearby, but I did miss having a coffee first thing! And there were always little biscuits / cakes out in the communal area.

A really great alternative to a Hotel room

It was so easy to get to when arriving by train. The staff were super helpful and accommodating! And whilst it was located just outside the walls of Peschiera Del Garda, it was an easy walk to get into the main part

A memorable stop in Pescheria, highly recommend Rooms II Punto!

Easy to find, a warm welcome on arrival, everything ready and all that we needed. Francesca is a wonderful host. So helpful, informative, cheerful and always attentive to any needs of her guests. The rooms were spotless and so well maintained throughout our stay.

An Excellent Place to Stay when visiting Lake Garda and Verona

Francesca, our host, was exceptional. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome as well as providing us with information as to what to see in the locality, where to eat and what to do. Breakfast is not provided but there are plenty of places within a short walk that do so. However, Francesca does provide sweet treats/biscuits to stave off any pangs of hunger. The property is located just a short walk from the station and Verona is but a short journey away. It is also extremely easy to walk into Pescharia. We really enjoyed staying at Il Punto and will, most certainly, return.

The walls were like paper, the normal sound of talking from neighboring rooms could be clearly heard through. It's a shame, because otherwise the place would have been perfect

They don't follow EU law regarding payment

The room was nice and clean and the staff was super serviceminded except from regarding payment of the stay. Great breakfast.

It costed more than anticipated (15€) as a new EU law makes it not possible for the place to withdraw money from my credit card without my concent. That means that I had to do an international bank transfer as they hadn't set the system up to pay the deposit through booking.com yet. This was a hazzle and quite expensive and when we arrived they wanted us to pay even more because their bank had also charged them 5€ for the transfer which they had not told me about before the transfer. I had expected them to offer to pay for the entire transfer, but instead they wanted me to pay for not only my banks surcharges, but also for their own banks surcharges. I think that was quite uncomfortable and unfair to be put in that situation to be honest, because it is their mistake that they have not set up the system to support the EU law, and therefore they should not make the costumer pay extra for that. After a longer discussion they finally wavered the 5€ charge from their own bank, but I still had payed an extra 10€ for the transfer which they did not cover. If they fix this problem with their system, then I would stay there again, but the international transfere was a hazzle and an uncomfortable situation that I would not do again.

Great hotel with super friendly staff near the lake and train station

Il Punto is located near the station making it very convenient for travelers. The area is very tranquill and safe. The room was extremely clean and well appointed. The breakfast was fantastic and the cappuccino was delicious. A special thank you to Francesca who was super kind and accommodating. I couldn't ask for anything more. :)

Francesca is an angel - such a warm, gentle, lovely person. Her warm yet professional approach made my stay perfect. If everyone was as good as their job as she is, it would be indeed a perfect world. The place is very conveniently located if arriving by train and it is lovely and so well equipped.

The property was in a nice quiet area just a stones throw from the train station. The owners were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was nice and clean.

Everything was great. The only downside was that you could hear the showers through the bedroom walls.

Exceptional and superb stay

Super close to train station and 8 minute stroll to the Centre of town with plenty of restaurants. Has a private parking place for our rental car. Francesca and her mum are genuine and super helpful - recommendations for restaurants and trains to Venice! Even helped us carry luggage! Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Best Italian breakfast I ever had with cappuccino, fresh fruit and cakes, good homemade jams and super yogurt with berries or apricots. A wide selection of sweet and savory products. Room was much bigger than I expected and had a great kitchenette with everything needed and super clean. Bathroom was super clean with a large shower. We had a wonderful surprise on our anniversary with card, champagne and baci! Much appreciated! I will definitely stay here for next holiday near Lake Garda.

The stuff was very helpful and kind. They helped us very much with everything we needed such as places to visit and eat, car rental, luggage storage etc. We even got to choose our room according to our taste. The room was super clean and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and tasty. I tottaly recommend this place!!!!!

Peschiera bargain

Convenient to the train station and not in the noisy town center, the room was large, the bed comfortable, and the mini kitchen useful. Francesca was very helpful and gave excellent suggestions for restaurants and other information. Her colleagues were cheerful. They make the place more enjoyable.

There was a moldy smell in the bathroom sink, so we kept the drain closed most of the time, which minimized the problem.

Very friendly and helpful staffladies, cleaned rooms, Best place to stay with kids to visit Gardaland or Caneva aquapark, next to the hotel is busstation where goes free buses to the main mentioned parks. Breakfast was simple and tasty, good cappuchino. We would definitely reccomend this hotel!

Great clean place and friendly host

The room was nice, bright and dark large, we even had a kitchenette which we did not use because we only stayed for 2 days. But there was enough equipment to cook. The breakfast was really good. In general, they have introduced Corona hygiene measures, especially for breakfast. Gave us a good feeling! Francesca and her mom are very friendly. Private parking was convenient.

Optimal für einige Tage insbesondere wenn weitere Orte mit Zug bereist werden.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Keksen,Obst und Wasser für die Gäste zur freien Verfügung. Aufgrund der Bahnhofsnähe optimal für Reisende die auch andere Orte mit dem Zug bereisen wollen, Zentrum zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Der Weg zum Zentrum könnte zumindest teilweise Fußgängerfreundlicher sein , ist aber trotzdem schön

Bellissimo B&B a due passi dal centro di Peschiera

Francesca è super accogliente e disponibile. Il B&B è situato un'ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro di Peschiera e dalla stazione. Dispone di un comodo parcheggio gratuito. L'alloggio è pulito, spazioso, moderno e ben curato con a disposizione anche un angolo cottura ben organizzato. Il B&B dispone di una terrazza comune per gli ospiti molto bella.

Een super verblijf! Nette kamer, top locatie.

De liggen van het verlijf was super! Binnen 10 minuutjes lopen ben je in het centrum. De kamer was erg schoon en de faciliteiten waren top. De mevrouw die ons hielp was erg vriendelijk en was altijd beschikbaar voor vragen en gaf handige en leuke tips.

Byłem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w tym hotelu.

Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację w pobliżu stacji kolejowej i może być świetną bazą do wyjazdów na wycieczki do Werony, Mediolanu, Padwy i Wenecji. Jest bardzo ładnie urządzony. Wygodny. Miejsce noclegowe składa się z pokoju z piękną łazienką oraz kuchni z pełnym wyposażeniem. Dostęp do wygodnej części wspólnej. Wszędzie jest bardzo czysto. Gośćmi opiekuje się bardzo sympatyczna Franczeska, która dobrze posługuje się się językiem angielskim. Chętnie pomaga i informuje o ciekawych miejscach do zwiedzenia oraz o dobrych restauracjach w pobliżu.

Okna wychodziły na ulicę i było trochę głośno ale wieczorem było cicho. Poza tym wszystko mi się podobało.

Für den Preis hab ich mehr erwartet, aber gute Lage.

Lage fußläufig zum Bahnhof, nett eingerichtet. Francesca ist bemüht und per whatsapp erreichbar. Zimmer wie auf den Fotos. Wir durften früher ins Zimmer und konnten Gepäck dann dort in Unterkunft am Abreisetag noch lagern. Zutritt mit Chipkartensystem. Etwas Obst, Wasserspender und Kekse zur freien Entnahme.

Das Zimmer war direkt (!) neben der Rezeption und man hat alles durch die Tür gehört (kein Aisschlafen!). Wenn die Fußbodenheizung gestartet hat, gab es ein nerviges Pfeifgeräusch, gegen das man nichts tun kann - das irritiert und nervt. Der Fön war nicht zu gebrauchen, weil er überhitzt (Francesca hat dann einen klassischen von daheim mitgebracht). Die Küchenzeile muss täglich selbst gereinigt werden. UND KEIN FRÜHSTÜCK (!) obwohl Rooms with Breakfast selbst an der Unterkunft stwht und Rezensionen dieses beschreiben: Gibt es nicht (mehr?). Lösung: In Hotels in der Umgebung kann man für 15-20€ / Person (!) frühstücken. Fazit: In Summe überteuert.
