Clean, comfortable and friendly

Good breakfast. Friendly polite staff. Big room. Comfy beds. Good on site parking.

Occassional loud traffic noise, and some very noisy neighbours till 04.00 - 04.30. Not the hotels fault, but maybe suggests more insulation?

Would definitely recommend!

The breakfast was outstanding. A big shout out to Annalisa who works at breakfast, she is absolutely amazing!! Kind, patient, willing and just all around wonderful. The hotel offers some great things - wine instead of housekeeping. The staff are nice and helpful and there is a lot of space for parking and a play area for children.

We would definitely return.

The room was very spacious with plenty of wardrobe storage. We had a large terrace, which was nice in the evening. Very good air-conditioning which made sleeping much easier. The staff were very friendly and the Breakfast was fantastic; plenty to choose from. The beds were very comfortable. Within good walking distance of the train station and main town.

It was situated on a busy road with awkward footpaths. The soundproofing between rooms was not brilliant. We could hear everyone above us moving around.

Breakfast was very good

Poor facilities, access to the w hotel is a few feet off the traffic circle , difficult to go in songs d out. We were in the annex on the second floor steep stairs , no elevator . The reception did not give us a map to show location of hotel in the city

Good location, nice room, friendly staff and great breakfast

The hotel is very well located if you arrive by train and it's only a short walk into the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, with a wide selection from sweet to savory choices. In total it's even better then our last stay, a year ago. We will definitely stay there again.

Needs a bigger tv and the room was a little dated Better lighting needed for reading Corridor was dark when trying to see to get into room When I booked it said there was a pool which was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel When I arrived I was told that there was no pool and they were old photos on your website I was very disappointed to have been missold this property

Great location (5-10 minute walk from the train station and 10 minute walk to center of Peschiera old town). Good sized and clean room with small balcony. Great and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and overall great value for money

Pleasantly surprised, great stay by the lake

Extremely friendly staff on the front desk who kindly explained everything in English for us. The room was spacious, peaceful and clean, seemed newly renovated compared to some of the previous pictures. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasted great. Ideal location for the train station, bus stops and getting to the water, as well as a good supermarket on the same street and nice eateries in the area. Didn't make use of the pool as we swam in the lake but it looked well maintained and clean. Were able to leave our luggage in a secured area after checkout so that we could make the most of the day. Overall, Hotel Bel Sito exceeded expectations, very happy with the stay

If anything could be improved it would just be that our room didn't have air conditioning, but we knew that before booking. The temperature was actually fine with the window open there was enough of a breeze that we weren't uncomfortable

Overall, it was a nice experience. The staff was very nice. Kind, attentive and smiling always. The room was ok. For the price, it could be a little bit better. Overall it was very moderate. The breakfast is a classic Italian breakfast with lots of sweets.

Some stuff in the breakfast buffet (croissant and fruits) finished quickly and they did not fill them again. If you're not early in the morning, you don't get to enjoy the same breakfast as others.

Great place for a family stay

Great hotel - small enough to feel like a family owned business and at the same time big enough to offer all the amenities. Good breakfasts, nice swimming pool and most of all great, super helpful personnel. Great value for money
