Secure parking area with access code. Although not a manicured garden it had a large outdoor space for younger kids to run around. The bathroom in the Versace room was a good size and a great shower.
The hotel was much further away from the main area which I thought I had researched well. Its basically on the wrong side of everything that we wanted to see despite us researching the area.
We didn't get the room that we booked and were given a room with two double beds which the 16 & 18 year old siblings were not happy about sharing. I tried to deal with it immediately but the staff left as soon as we had checked in and took a long time to respond to our messages. They did arrange to place a trundle bed in the room and offered to swap the rooms the following day but we had settled and didn't want to up root again. We also had to ask for towels each day and even toilet roll! The other guests in the hotel were also very noisy and disturbed us during the night and woke us in the morning as well.
