Better photos than reality

The photos of the hotel were very good. If you arrive by car, the hotel offers a free parking.

The friendliness of the staff could be more overwhelming. The owner seemed to be more interested in his sports car than the guests. In general the hotel seems quite cheap made: for example the green grass in the photos is artificial turf. The odor in the room was strong, as if something would be covered with the cleaning substances and parfym. But what really tops the bill is the breakfast. In a gastronomic country like Italy, one is surpised to meet a breakfast with such a low quality. Like the turf in the photos, it looked good but the reality was different. In the morning the bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs looked fried but were cold. The salad turned more and more brownish day by day. This is i strong hint, they were serving leftovers from the previous days. It was difficult to say, what one dares to eat.

Modern motel-like hotel on the bike path

Since we were traveling by bicycle, the location right off the bike path was perfect for us. The kind receptionist had us store our bikes under the stairs, which was covered and secure. Huge room with our own hot tub which we did not use. View of the river. Excellent restaurant (7 Ponti) within easy walking distance, and you get 10% off for being a guest of the hotel.

Peaceful stay with giant room, nice staff

The location is walkable distance from the center of Peschiera, the room is giant for one person and compared to the price. Swimming pool is not big but good enough to enjoy the water in summer. Staffs are very nice and the hotel is surrounded by nature which makes the whole stay in quite peaceful mood. But since it’s a bit side of downtown, could be difficult to go out and come back after sunset.

It was a little far, we didn’t have a car so ended up walking the path into the little town.

A very comfortable stay with very friendly helpful staff

Very clean and modern facilities. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. A very comfortable stay. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with our situation and allowed us to use the facilities even after check out.

Great choice if you are looking for a pool

We had a king suite that was very spacious and comfortable. It had a spacious patio but it was too hot & humid to make use of it when we were there. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The pool and cold tub (a jetted tub with cool water rather than hot) were delightful and just what we needed at the end of a long day.

The WiFi was strong in the office and ok in the breakfast room and pool area but non existent in our room. For what this hotel costs. That should be resolved. For us (70+ one with a leg brace) the walk to town or the ferry was 20 minutes on a bike path (with many hikers going in both directions) with one long block a steep uphill. We waked there and back one day and took taxis (~15EU each way) for the remaining days.

Interesting place to visit

The location close to Peschiera walking distance to the center, short and nice walking border the lake. The swimming pool was terrific ! Very good breakfast, parking , the apt very comfortable. The double bed was very good, the sofa and little bed good, very clean the space enough for 3 people. Wi fi didn’t work but not a problem for us. The guy from the breakfast bar was not friendly but all the staff was amazing. Thanks for everything ! Pescheira is a nice and beautiful place to go, and Sirmione too. I recommend it.

Clean modern apartments

The aurora aparthotel is a fantastic property. We travelled recently with our one year old, having asked for a crib in the room it was set up for our arrival with all bedding included. The apartment was very baby friendly with everything we needed. Nicol in reception is fantastic for dealing with and queries or issues and speaks brilliant English. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the bed was super comfortable. It is a superb location for families. The apartment was around a 15 min walk from the town along a walking trail which is a bit uneven. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if I return to Peschiera.

The walk into the town is along a tow path which at night felt a bit creepy. It is well lit with streetlights but being a female traveller I felt a bit uncomfortable in the dark, we didn’t stay out late into the evening because of this. There was quite a bit of construction work going on at the hotel which made some noise during the day but never late at night

Perfection

expectations for a memorable family vacation! From the moment we stepped in, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. The spacious and well-appointed apartments provided the perfect setting for our family to relax and unwind. The kids loved the on-site amenities, especially the pool after a long day of traveling , which kept them entertained . throughout our stay. Very recommended!! We definitely will come back.

Location was lovely, coin operated laundry was good, beautiful 15 min walk into old town.

access to bottled water and snacks outside restaurant time would’ve been appreciated. Breakfast was limited. Men gathered along river path at night which was intimidating to lone Walker but no interactions occurred.

Great Stay

Everything about this place was perfect. Best shower, comfy beds, clean and everything convenient. Nicole on reception is a great asset to this hotel and was very welcoming. Really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and bike ride along the river path to Monzambano and found Cygnus Ristorante which was lovely food .

Fantastic!

Nicole, the hotel manager is exceptional! She was very attentive and helpful with lots of local suggestions and even made dinner reservations at a delicious local place (I also would highly recommend: Ravelin) and helped me with train tickets. Our place was perfect for my mother-in-law and me. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and would recommend. Very happy with our visit!

The young lady at the reception was amazing! She was very friendly and gave us useful hints for our stay. The pool is rather small but there was always enough space for us swim. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable.

No international tv channels. The kitchen equipment is limited. There is no dishwasher but washing the dishes was not included in the daily cleaning.

At night it isn't safe to walk back from town to the property, and it's difficult to book late taxis. A shuttle bus service would be a great addition.

Customer service was impeccable by the owners and their family members. We loved the ease and access to the restaurant next door and even ordered room service one evening! The food was outstanding! I would absolutely recommend staying here!

AMAZING

Amazing hotel located about 10 minutes walk from the centre, everything was amazing from the clean spacious room to the wonderful breakfast served exactly to your liking, the restaurant in the hotel with amazing food and if that’s not enough we received the most amazing host, Nicole, to take care of our every need. anything we wanted from special requests to the restaurant, to informed recommendations about anything else to match exactly what we wanted, to explaining about everything we wanted to know and helping us with everything. would definitely come visit again.
