Location was superb for so many things including activities, food, and scenic walks. Staff were great. Lovely balcony to our room. I'll be spreading the word.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff in a great location with stunning views

Fantastic location with views up and down the canal and over the lake. Friendly welcome, clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds, balcony and good air conditioning. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, rooftop was brilliant and service from all staff was fantastic, especially Michael who gave us numerous recommendations of restaurants and places to see

Ok stay, will probably stay elsewhere nexttime

- Rooms were clean - Breakfast was good - but starts late! - location is ok, 10/15 mins walking from town

- The Jacuzzi in the photos do not work / not functional.. they should remove that photo - took 3 days to get my room mini bar working / replaced - Francesca was very helpful & polite. But - in general - most of the rest of the staff need a customer service & communication training. - I booked a higher cost flexible booking via booking.com, when I wanted to modify the booking to only check out a day earlier, hotel wanted to increase the rate, for the same booking period, ended up paying 1 extra night unnecessarily - not a cyclist friendly hotel: breakfast do not start before 7:30! I wished they had earlier option, to start riding earlier. Bicycles are strictly not allowed in the main entrance or in the room, have to walk a steep backdoor garage, and risk slipping on the way.

would never stay there again or advise any large group, family to stay there very rude and horrible

Only the lady at the reception was nice and helpful

The man at the reception and staff are very rude , they shouted at my old dad when we got inside with our bikes and my father cant read English and he started screaming at him, also when i asked for water , he looked down at me like how dare i asked him to fill in water and in a rude way he waved to the bar next to him, wasnt at all accomodating to us as large group exporling their country nor helpful , we asked for the check out at 7 am , they didnt open the main door and we had to move baggage from the back door , sink and phone wasnt working , ants in the room and he told me , its only cleaning issue !

Great location, close to all the attractions.

Amazing hotel in a great location - just around 8 minutes walk from the main train station, 15 minutes walk from the marina and around 25-30 minutes walk from Gardaland. Our room was very clean, spacious, and modern, all the amenities were working as intended. The breakfasts were fresh and had lots of options to choose from. All in all, our stay was great.

The view, the private terrace, the kindly staff, the great location! Definietly a great place for a week-end or for holidays.

Not a negative point, but just to notice that the use of the spa (sauna, hammam) has an additional cost. But the jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace is free of charge.

Very enjoyable stay, was a nice place to come back to after our days events.

Lovely friendly staff, great location, nice breakfast, loved the jacuzzi. Nice quiet garden to have a few drinks in after our evening meal in the town.

Would have been nice to have a pool but the beach snd lake was close by. a more extensive gym would be good too.

It’s location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff added great value to the hotel.

Only slight downside is that it did not offer evening meals, however there are plenty to offer in the immediate vicinity.

Perfect two night stay!

The rooms were perfect for two people. The bathrooms and showers were great, as well as the AC! The buffet breakfast was wonderful with homemade cakes. The staff was very helpful in arranging transportation and giving suggestions. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the rooftop balcony and whirlpool during our stay.

Far exceeded my expectations. Lovely staff, fabulous breakfast, excellent location.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They offered us a warm welcome, showed a map of the city, and pointed to local restaurants and points of interest. They made it feel like we were special guests. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, as all Italian food should be. The cornetos and bombolonis are incredible and their selection of cold cuts are fresh and tasty. The location is perfect. Close to everything, right by the lake, not too close to the bustling of the historic center, not too far from it either. Walking distance to groceries stores, restaurants, and amenities.

Nothing!! was to stay 2 nights but moved out after 1. Very disappointing...photos are misleading...Needs painted & revamped. Everywhere stinks of air freshener- very overpowering...In the lift - in the wardrobes etc!! 😟 the man on reception wasn't pleasant & the girls at breakfast also unpleasant - sprayed tables to clean them misting our table with the spray. Breakfast included means you pay extra for orange juice etc ( the things you normally have are not free)

Was a special occasion and it definitely didn't tick any of the boxes like I thought from photos. Very noisy area the room faces onto Lake but opposite there is workshops or something with loud noises from early morning. Not peaceful 😌

We upgraded to a room with a terrace, magnificent view, but not worth the additional cost. Staff was great, breakfast in the solarium was wonderful.

Just the cost, all hotels in Europe are now gouging because if two years of reduced revenue. Staying at 3 stars is no longer a great value. Yet, we come back!

the property is located across from lake Garda. there is an excellent breakfast menu and there is a bar if wanted. close to town and train station. staff very friendly and helpful

Not far from the train station, town centre and bike rental. Breakfast pastries were good. The rooftop terrace was good - a great sun spot. Could order drinks to the rooftop which was nice. Very informative reception with suggestions of where to visit. We also got good recommendations of places to eat. The room and balcony were nice.

Maybe a little overpriced but that’s the region. Could maybe suggest offering some free water for guests on arrival as we were very warm.
