Good location, cean pool and friendly staff

Brill value for money

Great hotel. Very clean. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Pool and loungers were very nice and having a balcony was great. In a good location - super close to the lake and you can walk along 30-40 minutes it to get to the port in Peschiera. The beaches are even closer. Lidl is less than 5 mins away. Would recommend

Lovely, comfortable apartment which stunning views.

Beautiful location. The staff were very friendly & helpful. After check-out we were able to sit & wait for our taxi in comfort which was appreciated.

There was some building work going on next to the hotel which we weren't aware of before our stay. Most days they were finished by 5pm so able to sit in the evening on the balcony peacefully!

Nice quiet place,

A nice place with really friendly and accomodating people. Location was ok, easy to get to. Nice surrounding area, pool (we did not swim -too cold ). Quiet, and in the morning you wake up an open the window to some sun and birdsongs. 2 balconies in the room so you can always be on the sunny side (or the cool side if you want).

Peschiera seemed a bit dead at the time (compared to Riva del Garda.It is really hard to get something to eat if you arrive later in the evening. Even though the room was spacious and well equipped, we were given a room that had the bathroom fitted for people with dissabilities.

Friendly staff, clean, fabulous pool and quiet location near to a large supermarket and bars. Close walk to the lake. Bus stop ten minutes away to visit other places.

The pool was lovely, one depth throughout. No fighting for sunbeds and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

The only suggestion would be to have a plug point close to a mirror for using a hairdrier.

It was okay for a quick sleepover, we didn't have time to search for another possibilities.

Appartments need refurbishing, looks like it was last done some time in 80s. Beds are far from comfortable, not worth the price.

Very good location, right next to lake and next to grocery shops and many restaurants. Also in the middle of all attractions and sites near Garda lake south side - not too crowdy place and not out in nowhere. Perfect to have underground parking in hot weather time. Very friendly staff.

Interior needs update (although everyting was working and clean). I understood there are such plans for near future. :)

Die Art und Weise wie am letzten Tag mit uns am Pool umgegangen wurde hat uns schon etwas den Urlaub versaut, deswegen w

Es war sehr nah am See, ebenso waren Drogerie und Lebensmittelmärkte direkt nebenan.

Am Tag vor unserer Abreise waren wir mit unseren Sohn am Pool. Ja, unser Sohn ist manchmal etwas energiegeladen, was sicherlich an ADHS liegt. Jetzt waren da noch 2 andere Kinder mit denen er gespielt hat und die hatten Spaß. Das ging ca 30 Minuten. Plötzlich standen 2 Mitarbeiter des Hotels an der Tür, eine dritte Mitarbeiterin kam zu meiner Frau und sagte das wir unser Kind ruhig halten sollen, das die anderen Gäste da sind um sich auszuruhen. Ich war auf der Luftmatratze auf der anderen Seite des Pools. Der Ton war schroff und ermahnend. Man kann mir wirklich alles sagen, in diesem Fall meiner Frau, aber wenn es das erste Mal ist in dem sich Leute gestört gefühlt haben könnten, verlange ich trotzdem noch etwas Respekt und Diskretion, die es in diesem Augenblick seitens des Hotelpersonals nicht gegeben hat. Wir waren die Woche hauptsächlich nur zum schlafen und duschen im Hotel, sonst waren wir nur auswärts unterwegs. Das war aus unserer Wahrnehmung ein absolutes No Go. Wir haben uns bei der Anreise sehr flexibel gezeigt indem wir ein Zimmer akzeptiert haben das wir gar nicht gebucht haben, Rolladen die nicht funktioniert haben und das sehr schlechte WLan hätten wir gar nicht bemängelt, jetzt muss ich es leider doch erwähnen. Diese Pool Situation hat uns sehr enttäuscht.

Super Unterkunft

Sehr schönes Appartement, wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, nach 3. Tagen frische Bettwäsche , Blick auf See und Pool. Viele Liegen, Pool wurde jeden Abend gereinigt, Getränke günstige Preise. Super war auch die Tiefgarage, wo man mit Aufzug in Zimmerstock fahren konnte. Nur die Küchenzeile musste selber gereinigt werden. Grosse Terasse. Schöne Pizzeria in der Nähe, Lidl, Einkaufsmarkt, Takko und DM konnte man zu Fuss erreichen.Nach Peschiera ins Städtchen ca 45 Min zu Fuß
