Location was good.

Staff attitude at reception, condescending and rude. Breakfast was poor and the decoration in all areas is in urgent need of updating. The fittings and furniture in the bedroom including the bedding were basic. Not 4 star by any standard of the imagination.

Summer vacation with family and friends

Rooms are OK. Not luxury but they server their purpose. Nice pool area. Restaurants nearby.

Price is a bit high. Breakfast is OK but nothing special. Nearby camping area water park was too crowded so it did not really add value, we could have chosen any other (cheaper) hotel with a pool. Beach was quite nice and water in the lake was warmer than in the pools...

The staff were all really friendly and professional, the pool was great and breakfast was very nice

Our apartment was not in the hotel building itself, we were in the Tulipani apartment part which meant we had no balcony. This was disappointing as we would have appreciated the extra space, to dry clothes, to sit outside in the morning or evening etc etc. if this is important to you make sure you book a family room in the hotel building itself.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. We loved it. The swimming pool is great and you can always get a sun bed. The staff in the restaurant are very nice and friendly.

nice rooms, very toddler friendly and safe. we had a terrace facing the pool but it wasnt noisy..

the food at Hotel Bella Italia resort was substandard and overpriced. it definitely is catered more to tourists and it wasn’t italian food at its best.

pool was nice, food was also good. staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good and varied

when we arrived they assigned us a room completely dark, with old sofa beds and very outdated. immediately I went to reception to ask for a change, of course it came with an extra charge (€€€) bill went up from 270€ to 570€ for two rooms two nights, value of the hotel was very high even compared to hotels top rated in Tuscany. maybe mobile homes could be better, big pool with slides and children’s park was not open from the morning and neither was the tennis court. children’s park was only open as of 17:00. the entrance to the parking was very tight and not well signaled.

Amazing breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly want. Hotel was perfect with (little) children. Plenty of pool possibilities, most of them not overcrowded (September)

Exceptional

We had a very spacious and comfy double room on the ground floor. I can highly recommend it if you stay with kids. You are just a few steps away from the pool area and garden. We loved the camping site nearby where you can use all the additional pools and there is entertainment for kids in the evening and a small amusement park. We will return. Perfect stay! And very lovely staff!!!

Apartment needed some simple maintenance. Toilet seat was loose, height of shower could not be right set for adults. We were in apartment 1 in the annex (nice 2 room apartment). They promised to fix this, please check if they did fix it if you stay there ;-)

Il fatto che sia all’interno del campeggio, ti permette di accedere a tutti le aree di quest’ultimo, quindi campi da gioco, piscine ancora più grandi, ristoranti, supermercati. Bellissimo

Pojechaliśmy w 6 osób. Dwójka dostała pokój w hotelu, 4 w apartamencie Tulipan w budynku obok. Niestety w apartamencie był bardzo brzydki zapach stęchlizny, szafa w środku z plamami z wilgoci, okropna łazienka, w której strasznie śmierdziało dziwnym, kwaśnym zapachem. Wypadająca plastikowa kabina z okropnym grzybem. Wyposażenie i meble czasy świetności mają już dawno, dawno za sobą. Kryty basen w hotelu….. to nawet trudno nazwać basenem, po prostu brodzik z połową niedziałających dysz, do tego pod sufitem full pajęczyn i brudu, wszystko wymaga odnowienia i odmalowania.

Das Hotel ist ein riesen großen Komplexe. Beim buchen muss man richtig aufpassen, ob ein Zimmer in diesem Gebäude oder wo anders bekommt. Wir sollten unsere Zimmer in haupt Gebäude wechseln und noch extra dafür bezahlen. Ansonsten war alles andere gut.

Tuvu ezeram. Iespēja izmantot "kempinga ciema" iespējas. Diezgan labas brokastis.

Guļamzonā grīda bija lipīga, duškabīne arī prasījās pēc dziļākas uzkopšanas, pie pašām ārdurvīm tika smēķēts, bet varbūt šeit tā pieņemts. Kopumā uzsvars uz ciemu un tā iespējām, bet naktsmītne ļoti viduvēja. Bijām oktobra sākumā, kad āra baseins jau auksts, bet iekštelpās arī auksts ūdens un iespējas diezgan nekādas (pirts arī pavēsa, bet bija). Katrā ziņā vasaras sezonā āra baseina zona bija normāla un diezgan laba.

Bellissima struttura, personale disponibile e qualificato, posizione super. Sia l'hotel che il campeggio erano perfetti, colpisce anche la straordinaria organizzazione e professionalità dello staff

Abbiamo soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti della struttura, se devo proprio trovare qualcosa che non va direi che nell'appartamento non c'era il terrazzo o balcone e nella descrizione era menzionato, ma per il resto tutto perfetto.

Ottima posizione vicino al lungo lago. Offre vari servizi all'interno del campeggio come ristoranti e negozi. Molto buona la colazione. Appartamenti accessoriati e comodi. Molte piscine esterne anche se non abbiamo potuto utilizzarle visto il brutto tempo

Piscina interna e Spa al piano -1 dell'hotel piccola e poco curata quasi claustrofobica.
