Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Still in need of a little more modernisation.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the main town with easy access to the lake and train station. The pool area was peaceful and perfect for relaxing in the sun. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was kept very clean. It was also a nice touch that extra pillows were provided.

The breakfast was disappointing – food seemed to be reused from the previous morning, with stale bread and cakes, and the selection was the same every day. A major concern was the lack of allergy information. My partner has a peanut allergy and accidentally tried a cake we believe contained peanuts, but there were no labels or ingredient lists, nor were we asked about any dietary requirements. This definitely needs improvement. While the hotel exterior has been updated, the rooms still feel dated, small, and in need of a refresh. The balcony also lacked privacy, as it was separated only by plant pots, making it easy to see and hear the neighbours. Glass screens would be a much better option. Overall, there is room for improvement in both comfort and safety.

Ideal location however staff not really helpful.

The property was clean in an ideal location and good value for money

I didn’t like that when asking staff how to get the return bus back to the airport they informed me that I had to get a 70€ taxi back or get the train to Verona then a bus out. Although I had told them I got a bus from the airport straight to Peschiera. All they had to tell me was to get it outside enjoy hotel and that it was the number 482. Also I did not like that I was charged 100€ extra for a room because my son came with me. I think this was very excessive considering 2 people could have stayed in the room. Apart from these two things the stay was ok.

Cozy hotel by the southeastern shore of Laka Garda

- newly built (or renovated) hotel outside the town centre - comfortable bed - pool facilities

- If there was anything I could mention, is the fact that the bathroom is relatively small without much towel racks or other facilities of storage area.

Cheap and cheerful - clean and comfortable.

Clean, tidy and comfortable. A gratis bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water eating on arrival. The air conditioning was amazing, and we needed it. The dining staff were very friendly and helpful as was the younger receptionist.

Booking a taxi or Uber was a disaster - the bus only comes hourly. We did find a reliable taxi eventually - Garda Easy Travel (+39 380 137 9264). The location is a 15 minute stroll to town, but a long walk to the train, especially with bags.

Relaxing Stay and Good Location

This hotel had a friendly and relaxed atmosphere thanks to all of the staff. The front desk staff were always there and willing to help as well as being upbeat. The bar staff were friendly too. The rooms were clean, the fridge was cold, safe available, balcony was nice, the air conditioning amazing and the hairdryer was good enough to use. Not a lot of electricity points so being a multi plug. The pool was a good temperature and opening times were good. You can borrow towels from the front desk and plenty of seats were available at various times throughout the day. Even in July. We did not find the hotel bar expensive. It shut at 10pm. The location was fantastic. Less than 10 minutes walk to the main shopping/food area. The bus stop to Sirmione was a few minutes walk on the same side of the road. You take number 26 and change at stop 1 Piazza Campiello to take the shuttle bus to Sirmione. The Ferry is a short walk for other areas of Lake Garda. €8 for 2 returns. We loved our stay. Thank you so much.

Missing toothpaste, some more toiletries would have been nice. A more inclusive breakfast with turkey/ bresaola could've been a very good start of a day full of travel and movement.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for access to both the lake and the old Town. There was also a fantastic bus service right outside, which took you anywhere you wanted to go on Lake Garda. All in all, a wonderful holiday!!!

Staff was always kind and available. Breakfast was very well served with many options of food and beverage and the restaurant worth at least one visit, pizza is delicious! The hotel is located at the heart of Peschiera, with easy access to the beach, downtown, train station. There was also a Brazilian cooker, who lives in Verona for 17 years and prepared typical "pao de queijo" during my stay, very gentle.

As I´ve been there during summer, early in the morning the sun shines through the window and the black outs are not enough to filter the light. My suggestion is to change them for a heavier one.

Great location, just a short walk to Pescheria.

Breakfast was very basic. It would have been nice if there was a toaster available to guests instead of 8 or 9 choices of cakes! Dining area very drab, maybe a few flowers on the tables to make it more welcoming.

La colazione buona ma decisamente migliorabile. La posizione non centralissima ma comunque comoda. C'eravamo già stati 10 anni fa, nostro figlio ha imparato a nuotare nella vostra piscina ed ora che lui è diventato un angelo per noi tornare nei luoghi dove siamo stati felici insieme è importante per poter strapparci ancora qualche sorriso
