Adequate - we visited Gardarland for a no frills stay.

It is efficient , basic and breakfast is adequate .

One might forget one was in Italy . There was a distinct lack of hospitality , luxury and warmth. No ability to extend to stay with children , no food or drinks in the room and absolutely no movement from the rules .

The location is convenient - close to the beach and within walking distance of the town center. The property is clean, recently refurbished, and breakfast was great.

We stayed for six nights and, unfortunately, left feeling disappointed and somewhat misled. At €360 per night during peak season, we expected a level of comfort and service to match the price - but the experience fell short. We booked the hotel’s most expensive Superior Family Room, advertised as including a queen bed, a twin bed, and a sofa. Instead, we were given a smaller triple/quad room with only a queen and a sofa bed, no space to add another bed, and very limited storage for a family of four. According to booking.com, this room type is about 25% cheaper, yet we were never refunded the difference. When I raised this, the receptionist insisted there is no “family” room and that all rooms are the same - which only made the price difference harder to understand. The pool, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, was a major disappointment. The water was very cold (even in August) and cloudy, raising concerns about maintenance and hygiene. Unsurprisingly, we were usually the only ones there. Pool towels required an extra €5 fee each, and all five cabanas were reserved for “deluxe” rooms - oddly priced lower than ours. These cabanas sat empty most of the day, but we weren’t allowed to use them. Even a small inflatable for our kids was prohibited, despite the pool being otherwise unused. In the room, the beds were uncomfortable, with only one thin pillow each. After requesting more, we were given just two extras and told there weren’t enough pillows for all rooms. There were no proper blankets either - just a rough bed cover. When I raised the pool and room downgrade issues with the staff, the responses were dismissive, with no accountability.

Very nice, clean, comfy and friendly little hotel, easily as good as any 4 star hotel.

Very spacious room for a family of four, extremely clean and modern, I would say it was as good as any 4 or 5 star hotel we have stayed in.

Breakfast was a bit too 'continental' for me but they were happy to cook fresh eggs for you which were the tastiest free range eggs I have ever had in a hotel. I just wish they had beans, but thats me being ultra fussy!

Fabulous Lake Garda hotel

Beautifully decorated hotel in a great location next to Lake Garda. Lovely spacious room with large comfortable bed, fridge, kettle, aircon and a balcony with a lake view. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and bathing area which were very welcome after a hot afternoon. The hotel provided a very good breakfast and also private parking. It is a short walk along a lakeside promenade to the town of Peschiara which is well worth visiting. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location

Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very pleasant and the receptionists in particular were very helpful indeed. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Good location. Only a couple of minutes walk from the lakeside and about 15 from the town centre.

The road that passes along the side of the hotel can be quite noisy especially when motorbikes go past. Also the pillows were uncomfortable.

Awesome stay

Great location, a few minutes walk from the lake and city, restaurants and shops. Having a safe parking spot is a great deal. The staff was very attentive and focused on the details. Breakfast was very good: had salty and also sweet treats. The room had a great view in the main yard, where the pool is and you can also see the lake. Thank you for everything! We hope to return soon!

Breakfast excellent. In a quiet upmarket residential area. No traffic noise either. Just a lovely 10 min tree lined stroll to the town along the lake side. 1 min walk to a small beach.

Hotel Puccini is THE place to stay in the south Lake Garda area. You will not be disappointed.

We have stayed in many hotels. This was one of, if not, the finest 3-star hotel we have ever stayed in. After their recent remodel, they surely must be a pending 4-star hotel. What an amazing surprise to find the rooms and bathrooms very large, and so clean. This hotel has the finest upgrades. We were very impressed with the remodel. The breakfast was a feast! It too, was in a large, remodeled room. The food was great. And probably the most amazing was the very, very friendly staff, who treated us very professionally, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Great parking area next to the hotel. Great location near the lake and short walking distance to very nice restaurants and shopping.

That we only booked one night - we should have stayed longer, but it was at the end of our 2-week journey.

the room was big and beautiful as in the picture in the booking, the beds were comfortable and the sofa for the third person was also comfortable. The pool is very nice and clean, as are the sunbeds next to it. Breakfast - a large selection of food even for vegetarians with fine coffee and juice. The location is only a 10-minute walk from the city center.

Comfortable with a nice view

The property is in a good location, you can walk down to the lake side and enjoy the view. We’ve found the property in a very clean state and the bathroom is quite modern. There was also parking provided which is essential. Overall a very comfortable stay.

If you stay in the top suite you will hear a lot of noise if it rains.
