Lovely stay by the lake
Breakfast was very good.
We had a room with no balcony,4th floor. There is one hard plastic chair on room. Two small upholstered chairs and side table would make room so much more comfortable

A lovely hotel in a quiet location
The hotel was in a lovely quiet spot on the edge of the lake. There were restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices and it was good to be able to eat outside overlooking the lake. Our room was very clean. The swimming pool was a bonus.The staff were very friendly.
There was nowhere by the sink to put toiletries, a shelf would have been useful. The receptionist gave us a recommendation for dinner with a 10% discount which was truly awful, the worst meal we have ever had in Italy!

Fantastic location, very good clean hotel with nice staff
The hotel is in a beautiful location next to the lake. It is extremely clean and the staff are very helpful.
It would have been good at times to have an onsite restaurant for evening meals rather than having to venture out again after being out all day. Or room service food. Also I missed having bathrobes to sit around in when in the room relaxing.
