We had a pleasant stay at B&B Holidays Artisti and would recommend it with a few notes for future guests.
The highlights are genuinely impressive. The property is spotlessly clean and ideally located — just a short walk from the center, yet tucked into a quiet, green neighborhood that feels like a true escape. The balcony view is a real treat: lush greenery and a flowery ambiance that makes morning coffee feel like a small luxury.
Our host Romina was wonderful — warm, attentive, and always available when needed. She kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the standard time, which made a big difference after a long journey.
Breakfast deserves a special mention. It was genuinely one of the highlights of our stay — fresh croissants, freshly brewed coffee, a variety of drinks, cornflakes, yoghurts, and a delicious homemade cake. A generous and lovingly prepared spread that set the tone for each day.
A few things worth knowing before you book. The listing photos may give the impression that guests have free access to the kitchen and veranda throughout the day — that is not the case. The kitchen is only accessible during breakfast hours. It’s a minor point, but worth setting expectations correctly. Also note that the property is a single apartment divided into two separate units — one with two rooms and one with a single room — so you may be sharing common spaces with other guests.
One practical note on noise: the upstairs neighbor can be quite loud during the day, so if you’re a light sleeper or planning to rest in the afternoon, be prepared for some disturbance.
Overall, Romina’s hospitality, the outstanding breakfast, the great location, and the lovely surroundings make this a solid choice — just go in with accurate expectations and you won’t be disappointed.

Leider Liegt das Haus an einer sehr stark befahrenen, lauten Straße.

Sehr gute Lage in Peschiera inklusive Parkplatz. In 3 Minuten am Wasser und in 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Der Parkplatz ist abgesichert, ein großer Vorteil. Flexible Check in Zeit. Für 2 Nächte ausreichend.
Frühstück leider sehr spärlich. Leider sehr hellhörig.
