It's a lovely place in the center of Melnik. The rooms were large, bright and comfortable. We had everything we needed . The owners were incredibly lovely and helpful. Made us a delicious homemade breakfast. It honestly exceeded my expectations.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Melnik and enjoy the surrounding scenery. What truly made our stay special was the hospitality of the host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to help with recommendations and ensure that everything was perfect. Their genuine care for guests created a very personal and memorable experience. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and would gladly stay here again. Payment methods:Owner accepts only cash or Revolut.No online payment or credit card accepted . Pretty basic house but the staff was doing great efforts to satisfy everyone and was very polite and helpful.

Accept online payment.Also,no reception desk and you feel like you are in the owners house .Lacking of good hospitality services and culture of communication with the guests but for that price is what you get.Property looks better on the picture and rooms decorations is quite cheep and basic.
