New and nice, but with this lack of maintenance it will be just like any other hotel in Skopje.

Good location and design of the hotel.

Although the hotel is new, basic maintenance and service standards are clearly lacking. In our room, the toilet fixture holders were unstable and the roller blind on the bathroom glass did not work. Towels visibly old and time to be changed with the new ones. The minibar was empty, and we were told it would only be stocked after a €50 deposit—despite the fact that minibar items are paid for when consumed. This is not consistent with the expectations of a luxury hotel. Breakfast quality has also declined significantly compared to my stay eight months ago; the ingredients were noticeably lower quality. Finally, the room was not properly equipped—there were no drinking glasses provided, only cups for coffee/tea.

The room: The bed was with very short sheets, you could see the mattress too easily There was a fridge in the room but it was empty (why?) The floor in the room is floating and tends to blow 25 degrees set every time, too hot and difficult to manage AC. Good that is possible to open the window.

Not a five-star hotel experience

The facilities are good, spacious and clean. There's spa included in the price. The staff in the spa and the restaurant was really friendly, helpful and fast. The location is great, in the city center.

It's far from a five-star hotel! The staff at the reception at check-in, which is the first impression, was rather impolite, like they were doing me a favour, whispering between each other and then asking me questions about my reservation. No "please", "thank you", just orders like "give me this"... Also, when I asked about the spa service, they told me to scan the code in the room. The experience with the check-out staff was better, though. The upper part of the shower in the room wasn't working, which is not acceptable for a luxury hotel like this. There's no a precise order for the spa use, people enter with their phones, speaking loudly, leaving towels and sleepers everywhere, a bit of a mess that interrupts your relax time. The breakfast was pretty limited, more like a Turkish breakfast, than an international one. Just as an example, no standard coffee varieties, no fresh juice. The restaurant food (for dinner) was ok, nothing special. Generally, everything was fine, but not as it should be for a stay in a hotel of this range.

The hotel had a convenient location, good spa services, decent breakfast, and friendly staff.

This is not a five-star or luxury hotel; it offers very basic accommodations. During our 12-day stay, daily room cleaning was inconsistent, with deficiencies such as no new towels being provided and no replenishment of basic amenities—including toilet paper rolls—or water and coffee supplies. Guests are only supplied with a water kettle, so we had to purchase water, coffee, and milk from a nearby supermarket to ensure morning provisions. On multiple occasions, we needed to contact reception to request the missing items following room cleaning.

A luxurious hotel in the city center

A very nice, luxurious hotel, located in the heart of Skopje. The members of staff were professionals and polite. The restaurant had nice views, great food and drinks selection. Even in the scorching heat we went for a walk outside. Right beside the hotel is a brand new mall and plenty of outdoor restaurants. The room we booked was huge, with 2 comfortable bedrooms, jacuzzi tab and a big bathroom. Even though there was a busy road at the front the room was very quiet at night. Plenty of private parking for safety.

Lovely weekend stay in the perfect location. with a spa as a plus!

Excellent hotel, beautiful rooms with everything you could need. Location very central and really nice for hiking to the cross monument and visiting the city. The spa was a real treat too as was the gym. Lovely breakfast served in the rooftop restaurant and well placed in an area with lots of good restaurants.

Perfect location for business and pleasure

Location is good. Considered a luxury hotel in Skopje. Clean. Breakfast is good. Didn't have the time for spa, so can't comment. It was -4 at night in Skopje during my stay. The windows are not fitted well during construction, so you feel cold wind coming in. The A/C heats, but it is very loud, especially when turning on and turning off, sounds like a broken engine... A lot of restaurants few meters away from hotel entrance.

All in all, a pleasant experience.

I particularly liked the staff. The front desk staff were professional and helpful. Young man by the name of Nikola was very helpful, especially when I could not find the light switch above the TV. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast food was very good.

There was no shower cap in the shower and no air conditioner in the shower itself. The towels could have been whiter (they yellowed over time). I expected this as it is a five-star hotel. The hotel room carpet and in the hallway was not properly vacuumed. When I returned to my hotel room, there was smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. The staff in the breakfast room were chatting among themselves and a young man with tattoos, who also spoke Turkish, was picking the food with his fingers and eating. Also, a staff member came over to ask me for my hotel room as I was eating, thus interrupting my breakfast. She should have asked me that at the dining room entrance.

Very kind and responsive employees, rich breakfast, large rooms with very comfy beds and pillows. The air condition works nice even at 40⁰. The underground parking is a serious advantage.

The TV programmes available are only 6-7 local and 60-70 Turkish. Nothing else. This is strange. If you only watch TV and stay in the hotel you may decide that you are in Turkey.

Quite modern Hotel with large and well equipped rooms.

Where shall I start? Altough the hotel says it has 5 stars, the staff and the organisation is definitely not on a 5 star level. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and when I arrive at 13:30 at a not fully booked out hotel I expect the room to be ready. Especially when it is a so called 5 star hotel. I mean I don‘t expect the room to be ready at 09:00 in the morning but half an hour before the official check in time Indo expect that. Furthermore the way the staff handeld the situation was also very disappointing. No excuse or offer of a free drink. For me it seemed they just started cleaning the room when we arrived. After half an hour of waiting we were allowed to enter our room, when we noticed that the 3rd bed was not made. After complaining they assured us that the bed will be immidiatly made. After 2 hours nobody came. I mean what if we just wanted to get some rest after a long journey? An absolute no go!!! The breakfast was ok altough it is definately not on a 5 star level. Be also aware that the hotel is not really in the city center and due to construction works around the hotel it takes quite a long time to be at the city center by foot.
