Very clean, modern and comfy. Staff is super polite and helpful. Breakfast is also very good. Location is perfect, it has everything you need. It is worth reserving 👌🏻

The only thing we didn't like was spa, temperature was cold and water in the pool was a bit cold, there were not many options (jacuzzi was not in use, sauna is small and not hot enough). Overall it was fine, just could be better. We probably just went in the wrong moment.

Its nice 3* hotel (not even close to 5* as Booking.com says). The location is excellent, you are right in the city center of Skopje and close to main square, all the shops and restaurants. Hotel has nice wellness center with saunas and swiming pool where you can actually even swim (its not one of those small pools where you can barely jump). The hotel staff was very friendly.

It is not 5* hotel for sure, and Booking.com should fix this. It's a good 3* hotel. Nothing more. Breakfast was OK, but not many choices in terms of sweet options. The room was very cold (about 17 C degrees and it took several hours to heat it up, and you can't leave your card in the room to keep heater running, thus anytime you leave your room, heating stops).

The hotel is new, staff is so friendly and nice, rooms are very clean and good breakfast. Location is perfect, next to the city centre 2-3 minutes. For sure I'm staying here again for my next trip in Skopje.

The staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean.

The spa facilities were not working. The breakfast was very average. The cleaning lady came to clean our room at 6.30 pm, which was far too late. We told her not to bother as we were getting ready to go out. She should’ve come much earlier. There was a buzzing noise outside our room which disrupted our sleep.

Breakfast options were very basic and scarce , the lifts are too small and tight. TV in the rooms weren’t programmed yet and the staff had no idea how to tune.

Given that it’s a recently built hotel, we expected much better. Unfortunately, the construction quality is poor—you can clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms. There’s also a constant, loud ventilation noise; the hotel even provides earplugs, which says a lot. Breakfast was another letdown. I arrived at 9:40 AM, and many items had not been replenished. The spa is visually appealing, but key features like the jacuzzi and steam room were turned off, and the pool water was not clean. Considering the price, we had higher expectations. Sadly, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Room (Palace Suite): We stayed in the Palace Suite, which sounds grand on paper, but unfortunately the finish was lacking in many ways. There were no bathrobes in the room (despite this being a spa hotel), and no spa menu provided. One large window had no curtains or blackout blinds, which meant the room got very bright very early — especially disruptive in summer. Even basic amenities were missing: the WiFi didn’t reach the room, which is surprising and inconvenient in a suite. This was not good value for money. Spa: The woman operating the spa was excellent — kind, attentive, and clearly doing her best. But the facilities themselves, while overall well put together and with a strong foundation, need serious attention. There were no towels available in the spa when we visited. Changing rooms were not clearly indicated. Both indoor jacuzzis were completely empty, without water. There were wide gaps in the sauna doors, so heat escaped quickly, and no hooks or shelves were available for hanging towels near the showers, forcing us to place them on the ground. More troublingly, some guests were openly smoking cigarettes inside the spa, directly next to the indoor pool. There is a designated smoking room, but the door to it was left wide open, leaving the entire spa area smelling like an ashtray. Finally, there was no drinking water available near the sauna, which poses a real risk of dehydration. The spa looks great at first glance, but the lack of maintenance and missing details really detract from the experience.

The hotel is new in the very city centre. Has free parking which is of a great value given the location, though a bit hard to find. Should be marked better. Everything is new, which is still very nice. Has a spa, which I didn't have time to check, but it looks excellent for a overnight relaxation on the way.

The A/C did not work properly. Maybe unusual to control. Curtains should be placed for all windows. As the place is new, it's still work in progress, so perhaps it has open it's doors a bit too soon. Also for breakfast, espresso machine should be available as well as the Turkish coffee

Everything was perfect! Especially the staff, I recommend this hotel mostly because of the friendly staff! Breakfast was nice, Location is perfect it's literally 3 minutes from the center! I will stay again here my next trip.

I liked the breakfast but it could include some more options like lactose free. In general it was a good breakfast though.

The airconditioning system was not sufficient for the room (very big roon), so with extreme high temperature ourside (41 C), the temperature inside was very slowly increasing. Also the breakfast should contain more "healthy" choices and should be adjusted to the European taste.

I had a good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, but it would be better with more variety. Check-in and check-out were quick. The hotel also has a private parking area, which was convenient.

The first room had some noise from the neighboring room, but after I mentioned it, the reception quickly handled the issue and upgraded me to a quieter room. Very fast and efficient service.

The hotel is unfinished, saunas are only open in the evening, and a jacuzzi does not exist despite being promoted on the booking and website. Fintess is unfinished with just 3 devices and no air conditioning, constant AC noise in the room even when AC is turned off, and beds are horrible. Wifi is very poor in some rooms.

New fancy hotel, large rooms and bathrooms. Wellness & spa looks great and offers even hammam. The pool is spacious and long so you can properly swim. There is a very kind & helpful staff in the hotel.

Breakfast could be improved since the Macedonian culture has a very rich & tasty food.

Hotel is new and its located in the main city center. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is so delicious. Spa centar is beautifull and calm. The staff was very polite and kind. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be located in the city center and close to the most important locations they want to visit.

I recently stayed at Bliss Palace Hotel and Spa and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore shops, restaurants, and local attractions all within walking distance. The highlight for me was definitely the pool area. It’s beautifully designed, clean, and the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the comforts I needed. Overall, I highly recommend Bliss Palace for anyone visiting the city—whether for business or leisure. I’d definitely stay here again.

Trång och stökig frukostmatsal, maten tog slut innan sluttid för frukost. Svårt att få taxi till hotellet, fick en gå en bit men fick bra hjälp av personalen som följde med till rätt gata och väntade med oss till taxi kom. Hjälpte oss även att boka taxi till flyget senare på em, guldstjärna på det!! Vid städning ersattes inte de små handdukarna, bara de stora. Inte så mycket schampo/balsam

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet im Zentrum von Skopje, nur wenige Gehminuten von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Es gibt eine kostenlose Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück war ganz in Ordnung, hätte aus meiner Sicht etwas reichhaltiger sein können.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein und manchmal konnte man Geräusche (z. B. Musik) aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören.

Se ci fosse stato il cappuccino e il caffè espresso sarebbe stata la perfezione. Ma non si può pretendere di averlo sempre e dovunque.
