Comfortable rooms, great location, and truly welcoming service.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with many places within easy walking distance. The reception team is very attentive and always ready to help with any needs. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The check-in and access system is very well organized, allowing you to enter and leave your room independently without any hassle. Special thanks to Can at the reception. He is very professional, speaks both Turkish and English fluently, and kindly answered all our questions about the city with genuine care and warmth. He was extremely helpful and made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, this is a high-quality hotel that I would definitely recommend.

Super host, lovely people!

The host was truly exceptional. Goran was in touch with us a couple of days before we got there all the way until we checked out. He sent us his recommendations on restaurants and interesting places to visit, which were spot on. He assisted with the airport transfers and late check out. Breakfast is prepared by outside catering and brought to the room. All was fresh and good. The location is perfect and very good value for money paid.

Perfect place for short or long stay at Skopje

The location is the best. Downtown Skopje very close to everything.

Due to our last minute booking and our late arrival at the hotel we did't find someone at the reception so it was a little scary but we managed to reach the person in charge on the phone and he gave us the directiions to get in and everything was perfect after that.

It was a very pleasant and satisfying stay.

The hotel's location, cleanliness, central location, proximity to restaurants and markets, and room comfort and amenities were all excellent. We'd especially like to highlight Goran and Can's incredible hospitality, their helpfulness in every way, and their effortless approach. We thank them deeply. This will be our hotel of choice when we return.

Loud music in the neighborhood late night on a Saturday night, I had earbuds so was fine. Not Osten’s fault but the property’s great location can have its downsides.

I had a great stay at the Osten Art. Great location in the heart of Skopje's central area, with parking. The manager, Goran, was very helpful. Room facilities and decor are a highlight. Quite original breakfast.

Hostel type hotel

Excellent location, friendly staff, big room but this one, later I saw, was a triple - room for 3 persons.

It was an expensive hostel not hotel at all. Obviously, the Osten Art Hotel was designed as a hostel, and tried to transform to hotel but not very successfully. I was mislead by the name and by the nice photos of art decorated rooms. Additionally, I did not like the breakfast which was brought mornings in a small box to me, and it was the same breakfast both days of my stay.

Good location, okay room could be cleaner

Location is really good, hotel is in the city center and safe area so it’s also good for parking and hotel staff will guide you to it.

There were more than few stains on chairs and sofa, bathroom also had some mold and overall place didn’t seem clean.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Skopje

We had a very nice stay at Osten Art Hotel- Goran and his colleague are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble, friendly and the hotel is in the perfect location right in the heart of Skopje! It's not too far to walk to the square or to the bazaar. We would happily stay here again. We had breakfast in one of the local restaurants right on the square every morning that we were in Skopje.

Very clean and excellent service. They were prompt with anything we needed. Staff super sweet. Location amazing!

We weren't very keen on breakfast delivered to our door as first night we arrived at 3.30am and would have liked to sleep in but knew they would deliver breakfast at around 9. Also there was a day we needed to leave early for a day trip and we missed out on breakfast . It was delivered and put in our fridge but flexibility on timing would be great. Alternatively,there should be a fridge in the lobby where breakfast is placed (labelled of course) and clients can collect it at their leisure.

Seriously Consider Staying Here!

The staff at this hotel is so incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even paid for an hour of our parking when we parked in the wrong spot. This team is excellent and really made our stay fantastic. Their recommendations for restaurants was great, as well. The hotel is steps away from the main square and close to the bazaar. Perfect location. The packaged breakfast was a nice touch too. /he value for your money and the kindness of this staff is the best. Seriously consider staying here.

The manager contacted me in advance and asked about arrival time, transfer/parking. He personally arranged free parking place and sent me all the info I needed including google map link and photo of the barrier I had to drive through. The location is excellent, the service was outstanding.

management was super helpful with parking since this is a gated area I felt safe.

Great location - safe area - nice coffee shops around - Macedonia square is 50 meters away. Really centrally located and super quiet at night. Communication with management was easy and very efficient. Excellent customer service at the front desk as well. Rooms are modern and clean. NO sleazy carpeting like in many hotels. I would go back there for sure.

Kind staff and great location.

The front staff were very hospitable and helpful in getting me settled and orientated to the neighborhood. The manager was very responsive from the time of booking and helped me coordinate airport pick up and drop off. The hotel is located close to most tourist sites and where most tours start.

The neighborhood is lively, which is great in the day and evening, but can be noisy at night.

Central and Comfortable

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is walking distance to all sorts of interesting things. The manager went above and beyond to help us find parking for a large van. He was exceptional. The rooms were comfortable and roomy.

The nearby bar was loud and it was a little difficult falling asleep. This is not the fault of the hotel but you may want to bring earplugs just in case. bathrooms could use little updates but nothing major. It's a good hotel.

Superb location and great staff

1) outstanding location within a 5 to 10 minute walk of everything to see. 2) extremely helpful/gracious host/owner with many useful suggestions. 3) spacious/clean room. 4) the ladies who looked after the rooms were lovely.

A few things to note: 1) My room had 2 steps into the bed area from the bathroom. I don't know if all the rooms are like that. For those with mobility issues, this might be a problem. 2) the shower needed a shelf for guests to put things on. 3) This wasn't an issue for me, but there were no mirrors in the room....only one above the basin in the bathroom

Perfect central position with parking

Relativelly new hotel in a residential or bussiness block, parking behind the ramp, walking distance to the center and pazar. Spatious room, fridge, aircon, kettle.

Unpleasant smell from the bathroom. No complaints otherwise.

Wonderfull, cozy, comfortable.

I stayed two different days in my vacation. Both of rooms were very clean and cozy. Although i stayed in January rooms’s temperatures are high and i stayed comfortably. The hotel also have special parking area in front of the hotel. This is bery important because parking rules are very harsh in Skopje and you shouldn t parking your car public areas because trafic penalties begin from 1000 denar. Goran is very friendly and helpfully, warmly. He care about all things and can give lots of tips, suggests about the city. Thank you Osten Art Family and Goran!

Good style decoration, comfortable, quiet yet very central. Very helpful and professional staff, especially the hotel director Goran who made us feel very welcome and sent lots if tips for our visit. The room is equipped with a small kitchen, tea and coffee available.

Perfect!

The moment you enter the room at the hotel, a perfect smell welcomes you. The location is beyond really amazing. You can reach the square for 2-3 minutes and places such as the Old Bazaar in 10-12 minutes by walking. I sincerely thank Mr. Goran. A really very welcoming hotel owner and does his best to support you in everything. If you are looking for a place to stay in Skopje, you are in the right place.

Prefect place for amazing city of Skopje

This hotel is amazing. Everything is super clean and comfy. Staff is amazing and helpful. They really do all necessary to make your stay perfect. I highly recommend this hotel, location itself is perfect for tourists, main square is like 100 meters from the hotel.

Great place to stay in Skopje 🇲🇰

Goran, the manager / owner, was easily contactable via WhatsApp before & during my stay. He also helped arrange airport transfers for me with a friendly & polite driver. I had originally booked a standard 'Art Double' room, but I quickly realised that I was not in the correct room type, so I messaged Goran who told me that he wanted me to be happy & comfortable during my stay, so had decided to upgrade my room to an apartment type room - a very pleasant surprise! I really appreciated it, as this room ended up feeling like a home away from home. The location is also perfect. Very close to the main square. All of the tourist attractions & sights are easily walkable from the hotel. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I'm ever back in Skopje. Thank you Goran and the team.

Good value and modern safe facilities in central Skopje

Modern, clean, well designed rooms. Not really a hotel as such but rooms had fridges for food and drink and there was a little kitchen with a microwave in the corridor. Good location 5 min from main square and 10 from airport bus stop. Friendly advice about good restaurants sent by text from owner. Quick response to queries when texted to him on Whatsapp.

Arrived at night and found easily but initially building lobby on ground floor a little austere. Maybe a big sign inside reassuring that you are in right place but perhaps is difficult as apartments are only 1 floor in a business building. Location is good though as between Swedish and Spanish embassies.

One night in Skopje

The location is very centric close to the main square and other attractions. The staff is very gentle and the bathroom and bedroom were of good size and very comfortable. Shampoo and body lotion provided and good internet. Parking available for guests just in front of the hotel.

The elevator needs some fixing and the toilets smelled bad in the morning... not sure whether were the pipes or what exactly
